The internet is the worst. It doesn’t work at all. The pool was dirty, and nobody cared about it. The restrooms by the pool were closed so I have to go to ask them if they could open them which they only opened one.
Only the location
The staff was very rude and discriminatory towards us and other people that were also from California. For some reason the people from Ca, coincidentally, all had to wait for their rooms because they weren’t ready at check in time, but oddly everyone with Mexico identification and license plates all got a room as soon as they walked up to check in. By the time we got a room, we were given a room with no a/c because they were out of the rooms that came with one. So since all we had was a a plug in fan, we had to leave the windows open and so we heard everything and everyone all night long. On top of that, they leave super bright lights on in the hallways, and those were shining through the window and in my face as I laid in bed because the fan was constantly moving the curtains. The shower door was very hard to slide open and close and we only had one channel on the tv that was very difficult to figure out to turn on. Oh and the floors were still wet when we walked in. Never again.

WiFi is horrible, beds were not your standard queen size they were a lot smaller, noisy all night, requested a room way in advance due to being pregnant, wanted a room further away from noise and staff immediately declined stating that all rooms where fully booked, which is hard to believe because this is huge hotel with lots of rooms. They demanded a cash deposit upon arrival, you gotta check out a clothing iron in the office, there is no hair dryer in the room, outdated rooms and towels where clean but in a very old condition.
They gotta step it up because there are better options out there for paying a bit more.

El wifi cuatro passwords y ninguno con calidad decente, solo pude usarlo una hora y ya no había señal ni en la tarde noche, ni por la mañana.
El agua del grifo, muy mala para enjuagarse o lavarse la boca.
