An oasis close to the airport
Pros:

I loved everything about this place. It was quiet, which I value a lot, the staff was genuinely helpful, especially Jessy (she loves what she does and she is amazing) and Veronica also was very helpful during my stay.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like. Probably the entrance streets which are really rough and not maintained, but that's not the property s fault.
SUGGESTIONS: probably a little fridge in the rooms would be nice, if it's too much of an investment I would recommend a common fridge for all the guests. Beach towels would be handy since their towels were perfectly white and it felt awkward to take them to the beach...

Para el tipo de habitación y servicio, el precio es una ganga

La relación precio versus servicio es una maravilla. Los administradores son muy atentos y serviciales. La instalaciones son nuevas y muy limpias.

Cons:

Está un poco alejado de la carretera. El hotel solo tiene alberca pequeña, entonces para hacer actividades, por ello si quieres hacer cosas, lo ideal sería que a este hotel vinieras con carro rentado para poder tenerlo de punto central desde el cual moverte.

Outstanding hospitality, friendly staff, and a perfect airport hotel—I highly recommend it
Pros:

I was genuinely impressed with this hotel. It’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near Cancún Airport. The current management and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. After my flight was cancelled, they went above and beyond to help with my reservation, which I really appreciated. They even offered to take me to the train station, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing significant. I had an initial communication issue before my arrival, but the management resolved it quickly and professionally.

Hotel muy lindo, piscina excelente, buenos precios en bebidas. Todo estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones son excelentes y muy cómodas

Cons:

Lo malo es que supuestamente el desayuno abría a las 7am y avise que bajaba a desayunar a las 7am ya que a las 8am me iba a tomar mi vuelo. No obstante, el bar no abrió hasta que se hicieron las 8am, me tuve que ir sin desayunar y gastar el doble en el aeropuerto.

Más allá de este percance, volvería en el futuro :) espero mejoren este detalle.

ESPECTACULAR si tienes que alojarte cerca del aeropuerto de Cancun.

ESPECTACULAR DESCUBRIMIENTO. Ideal cerca del aeropuerto este hotel boutique realmente una mini selva de paz con vegetación exhuberante y ambiente tranquilo. El personal super atento y amable. El desayuno increible. No creo que vuelva a quedarme en otros hoteles cerca del aeopuerto de cancún corporativos sin alma teniendo esta joya a este precio al lado. SUPER RECOMENDADO. Yo iba sola porque habia dejado a mi familia en el aeropuerto y estuvo ideal para descansar yo sola, pero habia familias con niños en la piscina gozando del clima y la piscina también. Ideal! super valor por el precio.
