山形 第一次入住 就感覺他們的房間坪數很舒服 後來秋田有大浴場 還有他們 有附高級 溫泉泡湯粉 從此就愛上他們 仙台，盛岡，青森， 札幌 就加入他們的會員 雖然語言不通 但是櫃台非常有耐心的 還有我很喜歡他們的睡衣 穿起來好舒服喔 本來想買的 結果他們沒有提供 還是沒有新品

1.櫃台服務人員極有耐心，也非常仔細幫我寄送雪板，且為了避免寄送出問題還先撥打我的手機看能不能打通
2.浴場中規中矩，入住時期剛好人不多，都是自己一人包場
3.樓下有超商、離中島公園站很近

Cons:

大浴場沒有乳液、刮鬍泡、小毛巾等備品，如果忘記帶就很傷腦筋

ちりひとつ無い。と言うくらいキレイで数年前に宿泊した時と変わらず、非常に清潔。姉がハウスダストアレルギーなので、とても快適にすごせました。大浴場の湯船がとても広い。

Pros:

清潔　大浴場もよかったアイスのサービスも感激です
残念だったのは寝間着と言うかパジャマが厚くて寝苦して暑さで何度も目覚めてしまいました
もうこれからの季節もっと薄手のものを提供していただけたらうれしいですね
また是非利用したと思っています従業員の方達をとても親切丁寧で感じが良かったです！

パジャマを夏仕様にしないとあれでは暑くて寝られない
暑がりの人は自前のものを持っていったらよいかも
