La propreté. Retrouver une culotte sous le lit en plus de la poussière laisse clairement à désiré. La porte de la chambre qui frotte énormément contre le sol.

Parfait pour une étape rapide, mais mériterait un peu de rénovation.
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est simple, composé de pain et viennoiseries fraiches dans une jolie pièce baignée de lumière. J'ai très bien dormi, la chambre est bien isolée, propre et le lit confortable.

Cons:

L'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové, la décoration est vieillotte. J'ai trouvé notamment le couloir mal entretenu, avec une moquette rapiécée et l'inaccessibilité de l'interrupteur. Mais en soit ce n'est pas l'important pour dormir !
Le point à vraiment revoir serait la salle de bain. Elle est propre et fonctionnelle, à partir du moment où vous êtes valides. Plusieurs marches et le lavabo très proche des toilettes qui nous oblige à être tordu.

I had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay at Hotel Académie. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a warm smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to sincerely thank you for the thoughtful welcome gift (such a lovely gesture that was greatly appreciated). I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay again in the future.

Mooi centraal gelegen hotelletje. Leuke ontbijtruimte met een eenvoudig Frans onbijt, persoonlijk aan tafel geserveerd.

Cons:

Trappen een beetje lastig. Zouden meer handgrepen mogen zijn.

Accueil convivial et personnalisé, emplacement idéal pour découvrir Nancy.
Pros:

L'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel était très sympathique. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Il fait le maximum pour répondre à leurs besoins et attentes.
Le lieu est bien tenu et calme.
Les points forts de l'hôtel sont son emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville de Nancy et le rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent dans une cour intérieure qui n'est plus à ciel ouvert donc manque de luminosité.

Pas d'ascenseur (65 marches, escalier mal éclairé et bords de marche pas peints, donc risque de chute. Hôtel pas recommandable pour les personnes âgées et impraticable pour PMR.

Pros:

Un accueil chaleureux et comme à la maison, dans cet hôtel de centre ville très bien situé à deux pas de la gare et de la place Stanislas. L’hôtel est très calme et entre deux journées intenses de travail j'ai pu y passer une nuit très reposante. Merci pour l'accueil, je reviendrai pour mes jours de travail sur le centre ville de Nancy !

Très bon séjour, hôtel très bien situé, calme. Parking Zenpark à 100 m
Pros:

Excellent accueil chaleureux. Bon petit déjeuner français (jus d'orange, croissants, pains beurre confiture nutella) avec des produits frais (non décongelés). Emplacement idéal. Parking à 100 m réservable à distance.
Le prix est en adéquation avec les prestations de l'hôtel

Cons:

Un peu vêtuste, des rafraichissements seraient bienvenus (travaux de peinture, moquette) mais cela reste acceptable
