This is a must go place, if you want to treat yourself
Pros:

This was my favourite place to stay at Tayrona. It is an absolute dream being able to see and hear the see from your bed or your hammock.
It’s very rustic but beautiful. Super clean, really nice staff and has amazing food.

Cons:

It’s a bit too expensive. As is the only place in the area food and drink are quite expensive.
They also charge a extra fee for Colombians, which I wasn’t aware of - and that one is quite high. That was completely unexpected.

Pros:

El espacio que lo rodea es increíble. Merece muchísimo la pena quedarse ahí y vivir la experiencia. Además, el personal de las Ecohabs fue súper amable y atentos en todo momento.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado. Una noche a duras penas podíamos dormir porque hacía calor y no corría aire. Fue muy incómodo y desagradable.

J’ai moins aimé la nourriture sur le menu. Les déjeuners était excellent mais les plats de résistance était assez gras/salé.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur mit absoluter Ruhe, beeindruckender Biodiversität und wunderschöner Atmos
Pros:

Diese Unterkunft mitten im Nationalpark ist einfach wunderschön. Das einzige Geräusch, das man hört, ist das Brechen der Wellen an der Küste – unglaublich beruhigend. Man ist komplett von grünem Wald und einer faszinierenden Biodiversität umgeben, die man sonst nur aus Naturdokumentationen kennt. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir, dass es trotz der Lage mitten in der Natur keinerlei Probleme mit Insekten gab – keine nervigen Mücken und keine Stiche, obwohl wir ehrlich gesagt etwas ganz anderes erwartet hatten.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was wir an dieser Unterkunft kritisieren könnten.

Experiencia muy decepcionante y reembolso pendiente desde hace más de un mes
Cons:

Llegamos al hotel el 1 de abril. Durante el día nos recibieron las maletas antes del check-in, pero al momento de hacer el check-in empezaron los problemas: nos cambiaron las condiciones de la reserva y pretendían cobrarnos un precio superior al que teníamos reservado.

Las habitaciones estaban en muy mal estado: sucias, con la alfombra visiblemente sucia, descuidadas y con una sensación general de hotel anticuado y mal mantenido. La experiencia no correspondía en absoluto con el precio ni con lo que se espera de un alojamiento de esta categoría.

En el restaurante también hubo muchos inconvenientes, ya que faltaba gran parte de la carta por falta de stock. Además, ese mismo día, alrededor de las 19:00 h, justo antes de cenar, se fue la luz en el hotel y no volvió hasta aproximadamente la 13:00 h del día siguiente. Tuvimos que pasar toda la noche sin electricidad, sin aire acondicionado, sin wifi y sin posibilidad de cargar teléfonos u otros dispositivos. La cena fue muy limitada, con apenas tres o cuatro opciones disponibles, y el desayuno incluido prácticamente no se pudo disfrutar, salvo algunas piezas de fruta.

Tras presentar la queja al gerente, se nos indicó que se tramitaría un reembolso. Sin embargo, a fecha 13 de mayo seguimos sin recibirlo, pese a que la gestión comenzó el mismo 1 de abril. La comunicación posterior ha sido lenta, poco clara y nada resolutiva.

En resumen, una experiencia muy decepcionante por el estado de las instalaciones, la falta de servicios básicos, la mala gestión durante la estancia y la demora injustificada en el reembolso prometido. No lo recomendaría.

Die Umgebung und der Blick auf das Meer sind phantastisch. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und super freundlich.

Cons:

Die Moskitonetze über den Betten sind nicht gut gelöst. Sie hängen auf das Bett durch und man kann den Kontakt damit nicht vermeiden.

Cons:

Les samedi et dimanche, pas de buffet au petit déjeuner : beaucoup moins de choix et beaucoup moins à manger...
