We arrived to check-in at 10pm. The hotel appeared to be in the middle of a renovation. As a result it is dusty. We were given a room that looked out onto a building site and was infested with mosquitoes that started biting us as soon as we entered the room. We killed about 25 but they just kept coming in through the Aircon ducts. The chap at reception who assisted us was defensive and condescending and told us there were no other family rooms he could offer us. He was able to find us two twin rooms but these were situated quite far apart which is inconvenient for a family. Upon inspection, one of the rooms was not even made up. When I provided this feedback to reception I was told it was not their fault as it showed it was clean in the system. The hotel is a Marriott hotel but is being run by the Corendan and doesn't appear to have it's on staff. The reception is not even manned late at night so you need to go to the Corendan next door and stand in massive queues. We eventually cancelled the booking for a full refund which I have yet to receive and found alternative accomodation at The Renaissance.

De l'habitació només podria dir algunes coses insignificants que haguéssim apreciat per tenir una estada immillorable: la il·luminació massa tènua, la baixa pressió de l'aigua i el forn microones (per separat funciona millor). De la resta, hi ha alguna coseta a millorar. A la piscina hi havia una família poc cívica amb dos nens que jugaven a pilota; ocupaven la meitat de l'espai, mentre que la resta de la gent es concentrava a l'altra banda. També hi havia gent que s'hi tirava de cap i feia servir el mòbil (cosa que, en teoria, està prohibida); algú els hauria d'haver cridat l'atenció. L'aparcament era bo però car; haurien d'oferir almenys un descompte si t'hi allotges més d'un dia. A més, caldria oferir més opcions per visitar les instal·lacions de Boeing (estic segura que no estan ocupades cada dia); les visites són a les 11 del matí i a aquesta hora sempre estàvem d'excursió, de manera que ens va ser impossible anar-hi, i al meu fill li feia molta il·lusió.

Lokasi butuh shuttle bandara dan itu berbayar. Sebaiknya hotel menyediakan layanan shuttle gratis seperti beberapa hotel disekitarnya. Sangat disayangkan dengan adanya charge untuk shuttle, sementara lokasi hotel memang harus menggunakan shuttle. Penjelasan shuttle berbayar tidak ada pada saat booking. Mereka mengatakan gratis (namun gratis dari Bandara ke Hotel) dan Hotel ke Bandara harus bayar 5 Euro/orang/trip.

Do serviço das camareiras que nao repuseram as toalhas por 3x, nao repuseram sabão do lava loucas, do preço do aluguel da bike de quase 20 euros por dia.

O ar condicionado deixou a desejar, o quarto estava quente para enfrentar o verão europeu, pedi ajuste na recepção e apesar de prometido, nada foi feito pra melhorar o ambiente

Pokoj byl na můj vkus příliš tmavý, prosklená sprcha nepraktická, jelikož se z ní vycházelo přímo do chodby. Také tekla příliš horká voda a nebylo možné ji nastavit na studenější. Předražené parkování za 19EUR/den, zpoplatněný shuttle na letiště 5EUR/osobu. To vše by se dalo překousnout, ale nejvíc nás zaskočilo, když jsme přišli na snídani a od hotelové restaurace Corendon nás poslali do prvního patra, že prý naše snídaně probíhá tam, ale výběr vypadal o dost menší než na fotkách ze spodní restaurace zde na bookingu, to považuji za velmi zavádějící.

If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the area around the hotel is fairly quiet with limited dining and entertainment options within walking distance. However, this is offset by the excellent transport connections and the comfort of the hotel itself.

Check in had only 1 person working at 5 pm. There was a line of about 15 people waiting to check in who just got off the shuttle bus. These people were tired and it was hot.

The staff was not very flexible. We paid fire breakfast but did not get anything packed. The excuse of the staff was that we were leaving too early. I have got packed breakfast in Thailand at 5:00 am. But asian hospitality is at a different level!
