Avoid it
Pros:

• Convenient location in the city center.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at Voyager Sun Reef was very disappointing.

Pros:
• Convenient location in the city center.

Cons:
• Very weak and slow internet.
• Poor room layout – the bathroom is placed by the window, blocking the view, and the windows are very small.
• One of the wardrobe doors could not open because it was blocked by a bedside table.
• Half of the closet was unusable.
• Apple Pay did not work.
• The hotel rules feel strict and prison-like, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
• Weak water pressure in the shower.
• The shower was dirty, with rusty dispensers, shampoo stains on the walls from previous guests, and an unclean soap shelf.
• All towels were gray instead of white, with holes and stains.
• three almost-used rolls of toilet paper were provided.
• Everywhere there are warnings about possible fines.
• No breakfast provided.
• Staff did not help with luggage on the stairs.
• No hair dryer in the room.
• The safe contained rusty water from an iron left on it. I have been in tourism for 25 years and stay in hotels constantly, but I have never in my life seen rusty water inside an unsecured safe. I placed my documents and phone inside and had to dry them all night.
• The hotel is noisy every night because it is located in a building with a casino. It’s the only 24/7 place in San Pedro, attracting people drinking late into the night.

Overall, while the location and bed are okay, everything else—from cleanliness to amenities, design, and noise—was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Cons:

So many "rules" plastered over the walls!! Needs a bit of upkeep, but manageable for a couple of days.

Zentrale Lage war überragend. Sehr sauber und tolles Bett. Sauber und für 50€ Preis/Leistung super. Besonders gut war - dicke Wände, sodass keine Klimaanlage nötig ist

Cons:

An der Rezeption extrem kalt. Klimaanlage total krass. Kein Pool oder Dachterasse. Ein Hotel wie jedes andere ohne Charme der Karibik

Pros:

Восхитительный бюджетный отель в самом центре города! Хорошая кровать, очень мягкая, 4 подушки, это я про дабл номер пишу, горячая вода в любое время, микроволновка, кофе-машина, гладильная доска с утюгом и хилоделтник в номере! Каждый день 2 бутылки воды и пакеты кофе( но лучше кофе пить в кофейнях по близости) Все очень достойно! Чистят капитально. Давно я не писал таких хороших отзывов, но отель реально достоин этого. Персонал не навязчив и очень услужлив! Персоналу 10 балов. Кондей и телек работает прекрасно, напор воды в душе хороший. Короче за эти деньги все просто Ок+

Cons:

Даже не знаю к чему придраться! Кодовый замок надо бы обновить так как цифры плохо видны. На этом наверное все!

Location. Bed was soft. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Smelt like room was locked up for a while. Shower curtain was dirty and Smelt weird. Roach in room. Towels and sheet were stained(had to ask for a new sheet) lamps were very dusty, sink and body wash/shampoo dispensers were not sanitary.
