It's at a great spot since it's in town, and it pretty clean and comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times.
The downside is that since it is in town, then the noise of golf carts can be a bit annoying. The only other detail I don't like are the towels, they look pretty used up and old

No excuse
We have a large room with a king-sized bed and a decent bathroom. There's air conditioning, a small fridge, and a coffee maker. It is clean.
There's only one bedside table on one side of the bed. When I ask the staff if they can bring another one they say it's impossible. The standard is one for a double room for two people.
San Pedro is awful! And big.
Convenient to waterfront restaurants and attractions.
I came on a day where they were renovating something in the building and it was drilling and banging during my break from outside . But that was just one day out of my 4 day stay

Ants in room. I could hear persons on the street late in the night.
I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and everything in town. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. It was a very clean facility which got cleaned everyday. It had a small refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. The staff was very nice and courteous.
The fact that the faucet handle, soap holder, shower curtain, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were rusty along with the entrance gate. Those could use a little sprucing up.

Unfortunately, my stay at Voyager Sun Reef was very disappointing.
Pros:
• Convenient location in the city center.

Cons:
• Very weak and slow internet.
• Poor room layout – the bathroom is placed by the window, blocking the view, and the windows are very small.
• One of the wardrobe doors could not open because it was blocked by a bedside table.
• Half of the closet was unusable.
• Apple Pay did not work.
• The hotel rules feel strict and prison-like, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
• Weak water pressure in the shower.
• The shower was dirty, with rusty dispensers, shampoo stains on the walls from previous guests, and an unclean soap shelf.
• All towels were gray instead of white, with holes and stains.
• three almost-used rolls of toilet paper were provided.
• Everywhere there are warnings about possible fines.
• No breakfast provided.
• Staff did not help with luggage on the stairs.
• No hair dryer in the room.
• The safe contained rusty water from an iron left on it. I have been in tourism for 25 years and stay in hotels constantly, but I have never in my life seen rusty water inside an unsecured safe. I placed my documents and phone inside and had to dry them all night.
• The hotel is noisy every night because it is located in a building with a casino. It’s the only 24/7 place in San Pedro, attracting people drinking late into the night.
Overall, while the location and bed are okay, everything else—from cleanliness to amenities, design, and noise—was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel.
Good central location. Big comfortable bed. Decent air-con.
So many "rules" plastered over the walls!! Needs a bit of upkeep, but manageable for a couple of days.
