Delightful place to enjoy beach holiday for family of 6.
Pros:

Great pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Accommodated our needs- made up second bed so my adult sons did not have to share a bed. Proximity to such a wonderful beach with lounge chairs which had drinks and food service (€30 minimum spend) 20 min taxi to town, or bus €2.50 each way.

Cons:

Not much! Only that our 3 rooms were no where near each other, otherwise nothing we didn’t like.

Belle découverte
Pros:

L’hotel est bien situé au bord de la page. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec l’équipement nécessaire. La piscine très agréable, le petit déjeuner assez copieux et les chaises à la plage pour les clients gratuits pour une consommation minimale à leur buvette de plage. Tout etait parfait. Y a pas mal de restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel et une petite épicerie également. Le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Nous y retournerons!

It was a great place to stay but best to have a car staying here.
Pros:

The location at Plaka was great, easy to walk across to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants.
We had a room with a private pool, which was nice but the water was freezing and had no privacy.
The main pool was great.

Cons:

The included breakfast was absolutely terrible. The wifi was not great in the room but was good around the hotel.

We were only stopping over in Naxos for one night and couldn’t have found a better Hotel

Pros:

Colazione decisamente ottima, varia e di qualità. Pulizia adeguata , area piscina e spazi verdi molto ben curati. Staff gentile che cerca di aiutare per quanto possibile. Macchina del caffè con le cialde molto comoda. Servizio navetta incluso eccezionale .

Cons:

Purtroppo nella stanza cigolava tutto (letti porte) , l’area pranzo non aveva un tavolo dove poter realmente sedersi e mangiare e la piccola cucina avevano a malapena le cose necessarie. (Colpa nostra che non abbiamo letto bene in anticipo) ma la spiaggia non e’ inclusa e obbliga una consumazione minima di 30€ per poter usare lettini e ombrellone. Per sfortuna era rotto il phon della stana la prima sera e abbiamo comunque dovuto aspettare la mattina dopo per averne uno nuovo visto che in tutta la struttura non c’era nulla di disponibile. Avevamo chiesto se era possibile organizzare il letto per nostro figlio in stanza con noi ma purtroppo al nostro arrivo ci siamo arrangiati a sistemare in modo indipendente. Discutibile forse in termini di spreco ambientale (ma ammetto essere una mia posizione personale) considerando la situazione generale sostituire 1 ma anche 2 volte al giorno tutti gli asciugamani anche se palesemente puliti o riutilizzabili e trovare ancora set monouso in plastica di prodotti da bagno.

La suite q había reservado era incomoda, me hicieron cambio a un depto.mas cómodo,sin cargo. El desayuno podría ser mejor,falta variedad de fruta y fiambre.Gluten free no había y leche sin lactosa tampoco.Tambien hubo un festejo con niños en la pileta,q complicó la estadía .El hotel necesita una actualización,cama y almohadas malas.

Rather disappointed with hotel but beach is amazing

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but given the hotel’s high rating, our experience was disappointing and did not match our expectations.
We booked a room with a private pool. While the parking lot view was visible in the photos, we were surprised by how small the pool was. It was also quite cold, as it is not heated, which limited how much we couldnt use that.
The room was not functional for a longer stay. There was no wardrobe or proper storage space for clothes, only a small hanging rack. We also had an ongoing issue with flies in the room throughout our stay.
We travelled with a small baby and requested a crib twice before arrival. At check-in, we were asked again whether we needed one, and we confirmed that we did. However, by 7:00 PM, when our baby needed to sleep, the crib had still not been delivered. We had to follow up again and wait longer with a tired, fussy baby before it was finally provided.
other service requests also required repeated follow-ups.We asked for our bedsheets to be changed and were assured it would be done, but it was not completed that day. we ended up going there at night asking for sheet and changing it ourselves.
Overall, the service often felt slow. On multiple occasions, we arrived at reception and were left waiting while staff finished conversations or other tasks without acknowledging us. Even a simple greeting or indication that we had been noticed would have been appreciated.
We also found the breakfast disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality could be much better. The plates were SO small (???), which made serving food very inconvenient.
The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the beautiful beach. Access requires a minimum spend at the pool bar, which was a little disappointing, but the food there was excellent and ended up being one of the best parts of our stay.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice pool, very good breakfast with a lot of cooked dishes and variation.

Cons:

We had an appartment, the bedroom was nice but the living room was pretty bare. One couch which was more like a single bed with a creaky mattress, one coffee table and one armchair, nothing on the walls. The private terrace was nice though.

The bedding wasn’t great, was only a sheet and thin blanket over a mattress.
A bit far from Naxos town, however great for families or travellers who are looking for a quiet and relaxed location.

Excellent stay at Naxos
Pros:

Fint rom!

Cons:

Vi ventet i 24 timer på en føner. Spurte om å få en parasoll på terrassen, men den kom aldri. Svært ulik møblering på terrassene. Gymmen var helt ubrukelig, bare utslitt og ødelagt teknisk utstyr.

Good location , clean , nice pool
