the staff here are friendly and easy to discuss with.foysal the housekeeping did a great job to attend to the complaints.the front desk girl and a man also did a great job

The room was still dirty during our check in and we needed to call for the housekeeping. Even the glass is full of dust and spots . The carpet got dirt and the tent got spot . The fridge was not well cleaned.The sleeping chair and table chair is not even there. The front desk said that the chair was broken but not yet replaced. The bathtub is leaking and cannot hold water for as long as we need. The bathtub pipe was not functioning well. You need to pull the tap before twisting it. There are few spots that are unknown in the bathtub.The shower button that switched between the shower and bidet was also not working. The glass between the shower and the room also leaks if it gets splashed with water. The toilet tiles also higher than room. Please put divider between.

Cons:

We arrived to the hotel late. We booked through booking, no prepayment needed. Said payment will be made at the hotel. Ok fine. As we were late we totally forgot to ask about it during our check in. Staff gave us room key for check in. All were okay until at 1am, someone rang the bell. To our surprise, the staff asking for Ur to pay. Astaghfirullahalazim. At 1am?? Very disappointed. At least wait until tomorrow to clarify lah.

Localização fantástica, quarto não identificável com as imagens do booking.
Pros:

A localização era espetacular bem como o pequeno-almoço que era fantástico.

Cons:

A vista do nosso quarto dava para um cemitério. Também estava em curso uma construção e até às 22h, houve ruido. O nosso quarto tinha uma banheira e um poliban. No poliban não havia água quente e quando abrimos a torneira ficámos com a torneira na mão. Por trás da porta da casa-de-banho que é de correr e tinha muito lixo.
