Pros:

Very friendly staff, an excellent place to stay in Graz. I even forgot something in my room at check-out, and they very kindly informed me immediately and offered to send it to me. Highly recommended. Beautiful, elegant and stylish hotel. Amazing staff. Nothing more you could wish for.

It was modern and clean and you couldn't get a better location. We were there for the marathon and they were very accommodating and even offered shower rooms for the runners. Great service!
