Not great
Pros:

Was appropriate for a one night stay & staff were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we felt as though there were a lot of things that were of a poor standard. Firstly, the shower was absolutely dreadful, with a glass guard that didn’t stretch far enough so the bathroom floor became very wet. We also felt as though air conditioning was hard to control & became super cold most of the night. Room was very basic, which is not the impression it gave on the website.
We were not thoroughly enthused about Graz after arriving, but turns out that we were pointed in the wrong direction by the staff with restaurant recommendations. Overall, wasn’t terribly impressed with the stay- reminded us of a low end premier inn in the UK.
