Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten en goede locatie
Pros:

Super mooie kamer met goede faciliteiten

Cons:

Personeel, zowel bij de receptie als bar, waren niet zo enthousiast. Daarin tegen was het personeel van het restaurant echt top!

Pros:

I liked the architectural style and the decoration.It is located in the city center, where you can easily access everything you need.

Cons:

The double beds are small, there's only a chair and a table in the room, the refrigerator with lockable compartments is in the hallway, the water heater for the whole floor is in the hallway, there's no kettle. Netflix doesn't work.

A cute one and you might bump into some cats
Pros:

The location was perfect, you're literally in the center and you can just grab anywhere or even just walk which would probably only take 10-15 minutes. The staffs were very nice and there were many hotel cats as well laying in the lobby. The hotel def has a different vibe and has more characters compared to a boring expensive hotel, and i love that you can refill your water and there's always snacks! and you can even store food into their shared refrigerator. Bed was very comfy and there's a big mirror for the girls to get ready.

Cons:

The smart TV wasnt working, it says it's not connecting to the WiFi and we've tried multiple times. but all good since we were there to explore penang instead of staying in for netflix!

Loved it! Coolest stay in Penang for sure.
Pros:

The location is superb! Smack in the middle of Georgetown.

Staff were very attentive when we asked for extra amenities.

Room was very clean, so were the toilets.

Cons:

The area can be a tad bit too lively for families with younger children at night.

Pros:

aesthetically pleasing vibe, clean room and nice staffs. free parking space (need to validate first with the hotel to exit) and can walk to places nearby. sandwich from the cafe below tasted good too!

Cons:

the shower curtain and pillows smell abit. and idk why but the room somehow felt damp? the fridge is outside the room so abit inconvenient to store food. it's ok to stay one time for aesthetic, but personally will not repeat and not rly recommend to those who want long stays

Pros:

Very good location, near to many food shops and beside a renowned massage shop. The lobby has an open seating area that is very comfortable at night, and the house cafe serves great coffee. The room is modern enough and has all the amenities.
