No complaints, the room was nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful and we loved the cats!
Industrial-style boutique hotel. Clean, stylish and in a great location, with a bar, restaurant and café in the same building.
Only downside: poor soundproofing — loud music and laughter from the bar at night.

Very aesthetically appealing, however it’s not just nice to look at, it’s also comfortable and convenient. Also the cats!
Carrying luggage to and fro the lift from the lobby is not comfortable.

The mattress was the firmer type of. We had good rest because of the mattress.
The cleanliness - could have been cleaner, there are many mold-like black thingy in the shower cubicle.

Personeel, zowel bij de receptie als bar, waren niet zo enthousiast. Daarin tegen was het personeel van het restaurant echt top!
I liked the architectural style and the decoration.It is located in the city center, where you can easily access everything you need.
The double beds are small, there's only a chair and a table in the room, the refrigerator with lockable compartments is in the hallway, the water heater for the whole floor is in the hallway, there's no kettle. Netflix doesn't work.
The location was perfect, you're literally in the center and you can just grab anywhere or even just walk which would probably only take 10-15 minutes. The staffs were very nice and there were many hotel cats as well laying in the lobby. The hotel def has a different vibe and has more characters compared to a boring expensive hotel, and i love that you can refill your water and there's always snacks! and you can even store food into their shared refrigerator. Bed was very comfy and there's a big mirror for the girls to get ready.
The smart TV wasnt working, it says it's not connecting to the WiFi and we've tried multiple times. but all good since we were there to explore penang instead of staying in for netflix!
