Staff were great. Room was large and clean. Great shower, very comfy bed and pillow selection.
Pool was being serviced for our entire trip and didnt know us til we checked into our room. Disappointed but understood why.
I didn’t like anything about this Hotel the staff was horrible. There was noise. The alarm went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping for no reason and when we decided to leave early, they wouldn’t even bother giving us a credit or trying to, and then they wanted us to check out early so they could sell the room to somebody else.
It was noisy. It was not clean. It smelled weird. The food sucked, and the staff was very rude.
Location was tucked away and peaceful, but still close to main attractions.
Pillows to sleep on.
Perfecte locatie fijn persoonlijk temidden van grote hotels. Fijne bedden mooie kamers heel schoon. Zwembad was in de winter wat koud.
Het management van het restaurant op de begane grond was net overgenomen. Daar hadden we wat meer van verwacht op basis van de afbeeldingen en reviews.
A great room. But the 5 stars stop there. No classy space to sit and enjoy the passing parade or a drink and the bistro is separately managed and buffet breakfast was really basic. Bistro closed at 9.30 and room service at 10pm so don't arrive looking for a late snack. Tiny outdoor pool. Location is two short blocks from Town Hall but nearby coffee shops are all closed on a weekend there's nothing else nearby.
Beautiful hotel and room
Property was great. Location was amazing close to everything.
We had booked 2 room for 2 nights. The other couple that was with us went for breakfast & came back to their room to get their luggage at 10.40am as check out is 11am to find they had been locked out of their room. A staff member was walking past at the time & I explained that they had been locked out, her reply in not such a pleasant manner was “well it’s close to check out time”. Not ok to lock people out of their room prior to the check out time. Would have completely understood if it was after 11am.
Staff are helpful and welcoming
Buffet breakfast is far too expensive. Paying for tea/coffee on top is not acceptable.
Lighting is too dark in the bathroom for shaving.
