Great hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Very friendly staff and a fantastic location, just a short walk to the historic centre (we had no idea how beautiful Dinan was). The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was lovely and there were tea making facilities in the room.

I loved the hotel, but a pity about the bathroom size

I didn't have breakfast
Location ideal, within walking distance of old town
On street parking beside the hotel
Room overlooked the street which was not a problem as it was very quiet.
Receptionist so friendly and helpful, apologies I have forgotten her name

Cons:

The room was very clean with a fresh smell, bed was comfortable
The size of the room was very small but adequate. It didn't have a place to put my bag and it lacked a mirror. The bathroom was extremely small with sloping ceiling, sink very small, it was difficult not to wet the floor when washing hands.

A delightful experience
Pros:

A truly exceptional stay! We spent three nights in a magnificent, historic building that has been restored with great taste.
But what made the experience truly special were the hosts: open, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help you discover and make the most of Dinan and the surrounding area. It is the kind of sincere, warm hospitality I wish I could find on every vacation.
A place with character where we felt wonderful and to which we would return without hesitation.
Thank you, Kevin, Roxana, and Marian, for making our stay in Dinan so beautiful and memorable!

Huis is heel smaakvol ingericht. Gelegenheid van tuin te gebruiken. Heel verzorgd ontbijt !

The location is SO convenient for exploring the historic town of Dinan and the staff were so friendly and obliging and the breakfast was delicious, all food was so fresh! Also we got free parking just across the street a few steps away from the hotel.

Cons:

Our room at the top of the building was a bit too warm but we were able to open windows and there may have been a fan available to us but we didn’t require one.

L'accoglienza è stata calda. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e posti in cui cenare, su nostra esplicita richiesta. La camera bella e pulita, della giusta grandezza. La struttura una chicca. Buona colazione e la proprietaria gentilissima e parlava anche italiano. Posizione perfetta, vicina al fiume e vicina al "centro". Tutto perfetto!

Wonderful stay at Dinan! Would come back for sure!!!
Pros:

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room overlooked a beautiful little garden. The whole area surrounding the hotel is gorgeous: picturesque, peaceful, and incredibly quiet.

The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from Dinan’s historic center, making it perfect for exploring the town on foot.

Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic! Delicious, very complete, and with plenty of options!

This hotel is absolutely worth it. If we ever come back to Dinan, we would choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
