First, you can't possibly get a better location in the historic center of Rome. Unassuming from the exterior, once you step inside, you are greeted by the staff in what resembles a brightly lit art gallery. In fact, both the central spaces and each apartment have their own specific sculptures, wall ornaments and paintings.
Our apartment was spacious, with easy elevator access and every component from bedroom linens to kitchen appliances was top notch. The apartment was very quiet and the morning pastry service was a nice touch. the small rooftop terrace made for a nice place to reflect on the day over a nice glass of sparkling wine or spritz.
All of the staff are amazing, especially the 24 hour concierges. No request was too trivial and their suggestions were always excellent. We will be back!
The only extremely minor issue was that the television was not setup correctly and required a (very fast) visit from their staff. I missed that there was no way to play music over the room TV, but that was it for dislikes.
Exceptionally gorgeous, ultra refined, extraordinary service. What is not to like. We couldn’t check in at exactly 2pm, so the management paid for our airport taxi to make up for it. Unbelievably kind and exceptional service. Beyond the call of duty.

Palazzo Delle Pietre – Luxury Apartments was an absolutely incredible place to stay. The location couldn’t have been better, and the property itself truly lived up to its “luxury” name.
They had everything we could possibly need: steam rooms, a 24-hour receptionist, free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a gym, and a spa — all beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home.
One of the most charming touches was the breakfast basket, a darling treat each morning filled with fresh baguette and croissants. The coffee was stellar, and the fridge was fully stocked with essentials like water, juice, eggs, and a selection of small meats — such a thoughtful and convenient addition.
It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and elegance. I loved every second of my stay and would return in a heartbeat!

We weren't able to leave or enter the building on our steam. A member of staff had to let us in or out every time, but they were very attentive. Lacked a few items in the kitchen which would have been helpful.
