엘리베이터 부족으로 너무힘들었으며 주차시설또한 부족했음

La limpieza

Cons:

El cliente anterior había estado fumando en la habitación. Entras a las 15:00, pero sales a las 11:00. La playa del hotel no estaba justo enfrente, había que andar un rato y era una playa mala en general y las sombrillas había que pagarlas (aunque eran del hotel)

Pros:

조식은 제공되지 않지만 전체적으로 편안하고 쾌적한 여행이었습니다.
특히 해변과 지척이라 여러모로 사용이 편했고 가족 모두 만족한 마음입니다.
다음에도 강릉에 갈 기회가 생긴다면 또 이용하도록 하겠습니다.

좋은 여행하고 왔습니다
Pros:

룸컨디션 너무 좋았습니다
모델하우스에 온 듯 했습니다
비가 마니 와서 제대로 뷰감상을 할 수 없어 아쉬웠어요~

Cons:

먼저 주차입니다
저녁9시에 체크인했는데
주차장 돌다가 시간을 엄청 보냈어요
결국 호텔에 전화해서 2분거리에 주차했어요
진즉에 물어볼걸 고생했네요
두번째 데스크 여직원분들 체크인 체크아웃 다 같은 분이셨는데 제가 뭐 잘못했나요..
기분이 좋지 않았습니다

숙소에 얼음정수기 있어서 생수가 따로필요없음.

Cons:

방3개 화장실 2개 이용.
그중 온돌방 2개는 에어컨 없음.
날씨가 습해서 그런지 침구류에 벌레가 나와서 2틀동안 전혀 사용못함.

Great value but exprct 2 star service.

Cons:

Staff were not helpful. We needed to call taxi to train station. Our wifi and data did not work for some reason on my ohone. Asked staff to call taxi for us. They say that they do not provide calling for customers?!?! I was so confused . We barely made it to the station. It was extremely stressful. One phone call to taxi service would have made our vacation very memorable. Male staff looked like that he hated his job and did not want to be there. Frowning for the whole time!
