terrible experience
Pros:

My experience was not good, The hotel is marketed to be near the convention center and you actually need to wait 15 minutes for ubers to get there and then travel 13 more miutes by car to arrive to the convention center. Ubers take forever to get there. The room was very unsatisfactory. the bed seemed like a retractable sofa bed. the sheets gave me a rush all over my body and the second night, I came back at 7pm after leaving at 8am and the room had not been serviced. All my towels were wet from the morning. I decided to check out that same night after the hotel NOT offering a refund for the second although I informed with 24hrs in advance that I did not wanted to stay a 2nd night.
Front desk was nice but did not solve the discomfort.

People staying there seem like they live full time in those rooms and are moving in and out constantly.

Very very terrible customer service employee was very rude and disrespectful refused to give me a refund after she wouldn’t allow me to check in 5 days later I still haven’t received my money back

It was a disaster and never offered refund and couldn’t get another room due to no clean rooms. Everything was broken in

The location wasn’t terrible for getting to and from sea world and Aquatica

Cons:

The fridge was broken, the bathtub broken, tiny, TINY shampoo and conditioner. No trash cans in our room. The bed protector was peeling. The sheets looked dirty with stains on them.

Friendly Staff

Cons:

The room smelled of mold, the floors were dirty, and it spelled horrible. I had to mop it myself. There was mold on the curtains and certain areas of the room. Wouldn't recommend it if you're not used to things like this. I was supposed to stay for a month, but I only lasted 2 days before moving to a different location.
