Het ruikt heerlijk en alles is schoon. Je kan zelf je eigen kleding gratis wassen, drogen en stomen. Ook erg handig!

incredible stay
Pros:

room is spacious, with sufficient amenities. very clean as well. location is also ideal as it's near the centre. staff are also accommodating as well, very friendly and helpful. greeted by receptionist Tarisa during checkout and she was nice to ask about our experience in not only the hotel stay but Jakarta as a whole. will 100% come back here for my next visit!

Will definitely come back here again when I’m in Jakarta!
Pros:

Love the hotel scent! It has a welcoming scent to look forward with the stay. The hotel staff were very helpful especially Shereen. Though we book 2 superior rooms, she upgraded us to Deluxe rooms as I was travelling with children. Location was perfect and safe.

Cons:

The Laundry room only had 2 washers and 1 dryer. Appreciate the free service, but would be better if have more washers which require payment so as to reduce waiting time since many guests are using it.

A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, but the breakfast could be improved and more attention should be giv
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was well maintained, and overall the stay was pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could offer more variety. We also experienced an issue with some taxis waiting outside the hotel. A few drivers appeared to take longer routes, even when using Google Maps, which increased the fare unnecessarily. We reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately no action seemed to be taken. As many tourists stay at this hotel, I hope the management can monitor this more closely to help protect guests from such situations.
