Comfy room
Pros:

The hotel's communal areas were luxurious and gave the impression of a much more upmarket property than we expected. They were beautifully designed and created a great first impression.

Our bedroom was clean, comfortable, and spacious. While it didn't quite match the luxury of the public areas, it was still a pleasant room to stay in.

Cons:

The only significant disappointment was that our room had no window. This wasn't mentioned when we booked or before we arrived. Although the hotel had thoughtfully decorated the space where a window would normally be with a vase and lighting, there was no natural light at all. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel.

Aside from this, we were very happy with our stay. The service was excellent, and overall it was a good hotel. We would just recommend that the hotel makes it clear during the booking process which rooms do not have windows.

Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins et une très belle chambre.
L’emplacement est top également !

Cons:

l’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, sûrement à cause de la ventilation. Ils m’ont amené un purificateur d’air mais cela a été utile que 20 minute pour que l’odeur revienne.

Cons:

Resaurant closing already at 21hrs, so with late arrival you can only go to room. Could be cleaner for such hotel. Breakfast is mainly Asian.

Pros:

Very clean, nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Need to improve on the laundry services especially number of washing machine must be added. If possible every level must have at least 2 including dryers.
