Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location, amazing staff, and really comfortable & clean lodgings.

Cons:

Didn’t have a welcome packet showing how to use TV - recommended nearby spots, and similar info & I didn’t want to bother the staff with questions.

Our stay was perfect.
Pros:

The property was extremely nice. We had a one room apartment that was a similar price or less than most hotels. It was a great location as we were going to Soldier Field for a concert and could walk. We ate a great restaurants near by. The property sent property information and parking options a few days before arrival, and found a parking garage 2 short blocks away for $50 for Friday-Monday, including and out privileges. The gym was huge and it had a really nice game room, pool, and kitchen/party room.

Excellent étape pour un week-end à Chicago

J’ai particulièrement apprécié cet hébergement pour son confort, ses équipements complets et son emplacement exceptionnel. La grande salle de bain est très fonctionnelle, avec une belle douche et tous les produits de toilette nécessaires.

La cuisine est parfaitement équipée : cafetière avec doses de café fournies pour plusieurs jours, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, ainsi qu’un lave-linge et un sèche-linge très pratiques pour un séjour prolongé.

L’espace de vie est agréable, avec un canapé confortable et une table permettant de prendre les repas sur place. Le lit est extrêmement confortable et les nombreux espaces de rangement facilitent l’organisation des vêtements et des valises.

L’emplacement est un véritable atout : l’hébergement est extrêmement bien situé, à proximité immédiate du Lakefront Trail qui longe le lac Michigan, idéal pour marcher, courir ou simplement profiter du paysage.

Le point fort reste sans aucun doute la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac Michigan et les gratte-ciel environnants, qui offre un magnifique panorama de Chicago à toute heure de la journée.

Cons:

Points à améliorer : la porte automatique destinée aux personnes à mobilité réduite ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée. Bien que le problème ait été signalé rapidement, il a fallu plus de 24 heures avant qu’elle soit réparée. Par ailleurs, la piscine n’était pas chauffée et l’eau était trop froide pour pouvoir en profiter confortablement.

Amazing and clean property. Beautifully located, modern design

The only thing that I could ask for improvement is the washcloths were a bit musty. They smelled like someone drywashed their armpits and the towels were over stuffed in the laundry.
Also a employee had bad hygiene and in passing in the elevator he was also musty

Great location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. Close to soldier Field and the museums.

Cons:

I had two rooms both rooms needed some maintenance and cleaning. The rugs were dirty. The pool was very small and very cold.. The hot tub was not working. It was covered up. Try to get a snack machine after a concert at the snack machine that they advertise down in the lobby and it was not working either.

great time for while i was there, i would recommend it to other people

Cons:

the couch had a couple stains which isn’t a big deal, and the dishes were a little gross but they would’ve had to be washed again anyways prior to use. the tv was also a little glitched at first but it ended up working out eventually
