Pros:

Self-catering appartment. Ideally located: near big bus tour departure point 4; local bus no.3 up the avenue to central downtown area (for boat trips); nearby supermarkets (Trader Joe's); around the corner from Buddy Guy's blues venue; next door to Kitty O'Shea's Irish pub (in Hilton) for matches; Pequeno Mercat coffee shop (inside Blackstone); easy access to Grant Park and river walk all the way to Navy Pier.

I globally had a good stay, except for this bad noise. But the staff was great and location amazing.
Pros:

Very good location, in the middle of the most beautiful areas to visit. The view on the Willis tower is amazing. The pool space at level 7 is incredible, so nice for chilling

Cons:

Very noisy, I was staying at level 19 and right above 2 very noisy engines on the roof of 2 smaller buildings below. If I wanted to stay quiet I had to have noise cancelling headphones or earplugs at night.
And in the kitchen, the doors were kind of falling apart. It’s not cheap so I guess this shouldn’t happen

Overall, it was great even for the small things I would still come back if I have to say one last thing I would say the

I love the location and the space and how easy and accessible it is to get there

Cons:

My room could’ve been cleaned a little better like there was some small things left like used tide pods and some small pieces of hair on the bed and bathroom

Relaxing, great location, beautiful view and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect right across the street from Grants park! The property is beautiful our family as well as our fur babies were very happy

Cons:

Nothing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice. I would book again.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Good area

Cons:

Was not made aware of the huge security deposit before stay. We found socks in the dryer that were there before our stay. There was a number of small rips in the sheets and stains on the bedroom carpet.

The hotel was overall nice for the location but not for the value.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious. I loved the view from our window! It is very walkable and convenient to all of the best things to do in Chicago like the museums, millennia park, and everything on the river front is just a few bus rides away.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of service the whole entire time and honestly it was the whole point of our group booking the hotel. After a long day we like to soak our our sore bodies and when we saw that the hot tub was covered the entire duration of our trip, we were really sad. Our oven also was not working and we were unable to warm or cook some foods that we would’ve liked too. The pool although is not controllable was full of very loud children and the hallways sometimes you’d hear a dog barking pretty loudly for a while and it was kind of over stimulating to deal with.
