All-around awesome stay.
Pros:

Everything was perfect for my needs. Apartment, location, services - even when I needed protein in hurry after workout, there was this automated modern self-service kiosk/machine with great options. The provided fitness center is a true gem.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, rooms had everything needed for a 3 night stay. Grant Park is directly across the street and there is a nice little grocery store 20 ft away!

Cons:

The pool was down for maintenance.

Hot, Fake Nice, and Unavailable Amenities
Pros:

Mid at best.

Cons:

Room was hot, ac not working and no one on call to help. Staff was not personable and seemed annoyed whenever saying anything to them, including "hi". Pool and Jacuzzi were under maintenance and this was unknown upon booking, and also not stated on their site. Also on site it was stated that soldier field was just over a 10 min walk, but it was closer to 30.

Both the pool and hot tub wasn’t available due to a compliance issue with the state. I wasn’t told until after I booked

I didn’t like that almost all the amenities were unavailable during my stay.

How close it was to Michigan avenue and walkable distance to the bean and back it is very nice views rooms are slightly dirty on carpets and walls but apart from that it was a nice stay plus ac is a big plus
