Would definitely stay at Sentral during our next trip to Chicago
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Size of our room was IDEAL. Excellent location. Could walk easily to the Bears game.

Excellent option for responsible college-aged students waiting to check into on-campus housing.
Pros:

Location was central to many desirable neighborhoods and attractions in Chicago, including Grant Park. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was in order in the room.

Pros:

広い部屋や、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、お風呂の設備はとても満足できました。

Cons:

ホテルで洗濯して、クローゼットにかけていたランニングウェアを忘れてしまい、問い合わせましたがハウスキーパーは何もなかったとの事でした。

私は、帰る時にホテルからタクシーに乗り空港へ行き、日本に帰るまでスーツケースを開けていませんでしたが、日本で荷物を確認してもランニングウェアがありませんでした。

シカゴマラソンで購入した特別に思い入れのある物で残念だった為、忘れ物が見つからない体験としてリポートさせて頂きました。

We love the staff and have stayed many times but it was REALLY disappointing with no pool area open
Pros:

Had to mark the facilities down as the main reason we stay here is the relaxing area with the pool and hot tub and these were closed and had been for months apparently but we were not informed . That would have made us re consider our stay .
