Location was a convenient walk from the train station and they were helpful with a broken suitcase we needed to have disposed of.

大変快適に宿泊できました、１拍９千円をきるビジネスホテルでは初めての体験でした。
Pros:

10時半頃に手荷物を預けたが、気持ちよく迅速に対応してくれた。
朝食バイキングについて
　・牛タンカレーが専門店並みに美味しく、ついつい食べ過ぎた。
　・お刺身、野菜類、煮物類、フルーツ、飲物も充実していた。
アメニティにグッズはフロントからエレベータへの導線上にあり分かり易かった。
仙台駅改札まで10分足らずで、上記のサービスがあるのは大変お値打ち。

Cons:

11Ｆに宿泊したが、製氷機、次近畿が２Ｆにしかなく往来に時間がかかった。

Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds. Great Japanese style breakfast with mini versions of regional specialties (zunda mochi). Easy to add breakfast to my booking via the self-service kiosks in the lobby. Would stay here again,

When I went down to breakfast on the second day there was no seats available and staff were offering takeaway containers
