Rien n’est à sauver dans cet établissement. À fuir ! Chambre insalubre en mauvais état et pas prête pour l’heure prévu (22h) on a attendu 2h avec deux enfants de bas âge (-3 ans) le gérant pas présent et des employés ou membres de famille qui ne parle pas anglais. Alors certes le prix est attractif mais au vu de l’état cela ne vaut pas rien du tout je vous déconseille fortement. Nous avons dû prendre un autre logement bien plus cher en dernière minute au vu de l’insalubrité du logement (cafards, sols, moisissures et j’en passe) sans compter l’eau des sanitaires (douche et wc) qui ne marchaient pas.

The drive off the busy road is a problem,it needs resurfacing. My car was scraping the surface at the top of the hill. Becarefull.

No one spoke English, it felt very very dirty and quite scary to go back to at night

Struttura fatiscente abbandonata, igiene pessimo a rischio patologie infettive, disordine stanza maleodorante e sporca!!! Accoglienza inesistente siamo scappati via in un altra struttura…da segnalare e mandare controlli igienico sanitari !

Αρχικά μας υποδέχτηκε ένα ζευγάρι ρομά…
Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό με τα πατώματα να είναι τελείως ασκούπιστα και το φως στο μπάνιο να μην λειτουργεί (το βιδώσαμε για να δουλέψει), όπως και το σεσουάρ.
Δεν υπήρχαν τα απαραίτητα για να κάνει κανείς μπάνιο.
Δεν θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Le condizioni igieniche della struttura. Al mio arrivo ho trovato comodini polverosi e appiccicosi. Bagno con capelli ancora in bella vista.

Cleanliness- shockingly dirty bathroom, kettle unusable, dirty bedding, if I had an option to move hotel I would have but all hotels were full.
Daily maid service however not sure what she did other than dust the floor.
Seemed to be people living on the ground floor with no consideration for others who were holidaying there.

There was limited amount of cooking gear, we had no knives, forks that made cooking really hard. I really recommend re-stocking all the items :) The room is okay clean when you come in but it really needs a deep clean. We found very old cigarette from the toilet closet, the smell was horrible. Toilet in anyways could’ve used more cleaning, also sewers , basically most of the surfaces and the balcony was full of dead cockroaches and pugs. The property was super cheap, which is amazing, perfect for students etc. altough regards the price it should be clean! Staff doesn’t speak English at all which made communication really hard, but I think they’re still nice and hard-working people! The place would be lovely with some renevation, it has so much potential already! <3

Innanzitutto devo ringraziare la signora del pub fronte strada dell’hotel, perché è grazie a lei,che ha chiamato alle 24:00 l’host del Garden, per comunicargli del mio arrivo( non rispondeva al telefono in mio possesso), senza il suo aiuto ho rischiato con la mia famiglia di dormire sotto un albero, nonostante lo avessi avvisato che avrei tardato per il check in a causa del volo serale…oltretutto era all’oscuro del nostro arrivo! Assurdo.
Le camere( due triple) e i bagni erano sporchi, balconi compresi.
Bagno molto piccolo e senza basi di appoggio per beauty case, la doccia ha un’orribile tenda che non serve a nulla: ogni volta che ci si lava, si allaga tutto il bagno.

‼️ATTENZIONE PER I BAGNI IN GRECIA: NON buttate la carta igienica all’interno del wc ma nel cestino a fianco! Questa regola vale per TUTTI i bagni in Grecia‼️

Cucina con mobili marci e freezer pieno di ghiaccio.
L’aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi non funzionavano.
La piscina era dismessa (senz’acqua!) mentre dal sito si vedeva chiaramente che era agibile; io avevo optato per questa struttura perché aveva la piscina, ma con grande delusione dei miei figli non hanno potuto beneficiarne.

ATTENZIONE: L’host non parla una parola di inglese e men che meno di Italiano, ma solo Greco.

Un peccato sia andato così male, questa location ha una grande potenzialità, ma purtroppo non sfruttata.

Congealed urine around toilet, bins full of rubbish, the room was not cleaned since last occupied filth and dirt everywhere dead lizard in room, room only cleaned twice in 7 days dead lizard not removed whole time, shower head fell on me every time I used it, I had to hold shower head every time or it would keep falling on me and the actual head fell off every time I used it , apart from that it was shit

Could use an extra blanket in the room
