Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness, space, and fragrant towels to the good breakfast and perfect air conditioning, as well as the wonderful staff, who were never in a bad mood, not even for a moment. Also, if you’re renting a car, they have a great deal with a nearby garage and a discount on the daily rate. I would definitely come back here and warmly recommend it.

Very clean and modern. The location was great too. I would totally recommend it.
All was very good; something tiny maybe a few more hooks for the towels and so. Anyhow it was a super comfortable room.
The breakfast was really good as was the service for breakfast. In particular, the front office/breakfast young man (I forget this name) was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find places to visit, etc.
The bathroom/shower was poorly constructed, causing flooding in the toilet area.

Thought it was slightly expensive for a small boutique hotel on the outer skirts of Palma but still a lovely hotel
Clean and basic
Overall, the hotel is clean and in a good location, but I was disappointed by the customer service.
I called reception to order a large bottle of water and was told it would cost €4, or €6 if delivered to my room. I decided not to order it and instead went to the lobby, where there is complimentary water for guests. I took a single glass of water and sat in the seating area to pour it into my own bottle. I did not refill my bottle directly from the dispenser or take more than one glass.
The receptionist stopped me and told me, “This is not how we do it in the hotel.” If there is a policy that complimentary water must only be consumed in the lobby, that should be explained politely. The amount of water was exactly the same as if I had drunk it from the glass while sitting there.
What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the way it was communicated. As a paying guest, I expected a more courteous and welcoming approach.

Everything was fine. Hotel is just nearby the old city, ten mins by foot from Catedral de Santa María de Mallorca, 15 mins from a seashore. Bus stop with an Airport bus is in 5 mins by foot distance, so you don't need a taxi to reach airport. Room was cute, air conditioning was working fine, wifi connection to internet was fast.
