Reception:
Works on certain shedule, it's few hours off in the afternoon. Main gate was closed upon our arrival, with no one to reach! So, after a long trip from our country, we had to wait in the hot sun on street for around one&half hour!
Very bad first impression, indeed.

Money value: Not satisfied.
Expected much more for that kind of cost, we paid 125 € for stay per night.
Right on arrival, they charge you extra 52 € City tax, and 200 € Deposit for damages. Not a very cordial welcome. We demanded an extra bedroom sheet, they asked for additional 6 € which is truly bizzare thing to do (*this has happened nowhere before, travelling worldwide!!!).

Maintenance:
Guests are expected to clean the rooms by themselves... They should also sort the all the garbage and take it to collection center in town. Kitchen was basic, no oven or microwave oven in it. Bedroom was ok, it's a separate room.

Location & sleep quality:
Some 400 metres of walking distance  to the beach. Our appartment was overlooking a very busy street (,,Viale J. F. Kennedy") with constant noise from the frequent cars, garbage trucks and noisy racing motorcycles all day & night long!
Very disturbing for sleeping and rest.
During the summer weekends, some loud sounds & music coming from the city surroundings.

Managment of ,,Il Giglio di Mare Cilento":
I have never witnessed so many rules in one property. There are lots of rules only for the small swimming pool, which we never used. Cameras by the pool, too!

Change of towels is sheduled in three days, but bed sheets changed once a week (*for 13 nights stay, this happened only once). They closely monitored fridge level use & everything else in the appartment for eventual damages.

Overall impression:
Property looked rather average to me, nothing special...As a guest, I was not feeling relaxed, felt rather stressed and annoyed with all these regulations.
P.S. Ci sono molte regole e molte zanzare!

There was alot of noise from other residents early in the morning and late at night, that wasn’t controlled despite having a noise policy.

This property is something between resort, hotel and dormitory, as if they dont know how to position and manage the property. It is not very well run, with dozens of irritating small dysfunctions and unusual rules. You can check in only in certain times and latest until 8pm. The reception closes afterwards and no self check in. Not very helping. So if you do not manage on time, which by the road traffic in southern italy is quite unpredictable , you have a problem. Cash deposit 200 euro, not informed in advance. There are appartments, small size. Kitchen is with little to no amenities. No coffee machine . No kettle, no dish soap. You are recommended to buy your own. For the use pool you have to buy a new pool cap, quite annoying.. but the most irritating is the disposal of you trash. You are supposed to collect your trash and dispose it to a trash bin, the problem, there is no one at the facility, so you have to carry the bags somewhere to a communal trash cans about 10 min walk away. We searched but did not find it, walking around the city with trash bags. Finally disposed to the supermarket trash area.
