Очень хотелось бы отметить добрый и отзывчивый персонал, помогают с любым вопросом, даже с доставкой еды 😊 отель красивый, завтраки безупречные разнообразные, вкусные каши, фрукты, ягоды, арбуз, дыня и др., номера чистые, уборка/замена полотенец ежедневно, халаты белые чистые, 3 бассейна чистые, глубокие и детские, хамам/парная все есть, видеонаблюдение, при выезде всем дарят национальные тюбетейки 👍, есть гид, банкомат, выезжаем с приятными впечатлениями ❤️

Great value for money
Pros:

The hotel was very good and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always quick to assist with any requests we had.

The hotel features two small indoor pools and one small outdoor pool, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. One of the indoor pools is located next to a Turkish hammam, which was well maintained and provided a very relaxing experience.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, snacks and fresh fruits to suit different tastes.

The location is another advantage. The hotel is close to the city centre and within easy reach of several popular attractions, including Magic City, which is good for children, and Chorsu market.

Cons:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve:

1) Shower water temperature: The hotel should consider installing equipment that prevents sudden fluctuations in water temperature. It was uncomfortable when the water unexpectedly became much hotter or colder while showering, despite having set a comfortable temperature.

2) Televisions: We stayed in two rooms in the main building (where the reception is located). In one of the rooms, the TV was only able to receive local Uzbek channels. The hotel staff explained that it was not a smart TV and therefore could not access cable or satellite channels. As a result, my mother was unable to watch TV during our week-long stay. Replacing these older TVs with smart TVs would greatly improve the guest experience.

3) Room cleaning: The housekeeping staff would benefit from having vacuum cleaners to remove hair from carpets and floors more effectively. Providing vacuum cleaners would help improve the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

4) Swimming pools: The chlorine level in the pool water seemed quite high. After swimming, both my children and I could still smell chlorine on our skin. Reducing the amount of chlorine, while maintaining safe water quality, would make swimming more pleasant.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему коллективу отеля «Шохджахон»! Это один из лучших отелей, в которых мне довелось останавливаться. С первых минут чувствуешь настоящее узбекское гостеприимство — персонал невероятно внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь.

Номера просторные, идеально чистые, уютные и оснащены всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха и работы. Ежедневная уборка на высшем уровне. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные и приготовлены из свежих продуктов. Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля — все ключевые места города находятся в легкой доступности.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить руководству и всей команде за высокий уровень сервиса, внимание к деталям и искреннюю заботу о гостях. Именно благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Искренне рекомендую отель «Шохджахон» всем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту, безопасность и безупречное обслуживание. Если бы можно было поставить больше пяти звезд — я бы без сомнений поставил десять! Спасибо за прекрасное пребывание! Обязательно вернусь снова. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Замечательный отель с большим и небольшим бассейнами и хорошими завтраками.
Pros:

Приятный персонал, чисто, 3 бассейна очень классных, недалеко от главных достопримечательностей. И самое лучшее, есть 4хместный номер, удобен с детьми.

I don’t recommend it, even for short stays.
Pros:

Nice personal, helpful.

Cons:

Property was awful, very dirty and smells. No ventilation in toilet, so you have to keep open the window feel the weird smell from outside.
