Niet schoon, niet je geld waard.
Pros:

Kamer was mooi en op loopafstand van de leuke alaçatı straat.

Cons:

Het leek alsof de kamer helemaal niet is schoongemaakt. Badkamer was vies, ook de wc en doorspoel knop. En op de kast en op het nachtkastje waren (veel)kruimels van iets. Wastafel was verstopt, en de handdoeken die klaarstonden bij binnenkomst waren gewoon helemaal nat. Wij hebben zeker geen fijne ervaring gehad in dit hotel.

Cons:

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – Eine einzige Enttäuschung!
Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir mit großer Gleichgültigkeit empfangen. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, war der Türgriff abgebrochen. Von Hygiene keine Spur: Der Toilettensitz war komplett gelb verfärbt und ungepflegt.
Beim Frühstück am nächsten Tag wurde es noch schlimmer. Die angebotenen Lebensmittel waren verblasst.Es wurden alte Speisen wiederholt serviert; wir sind uns sicher, dass der Käse sogar abgewaschen und erneut aufgetischt wurde.
Das Schlimmste war jedoch der Pool. Er war extrem dreckig und unhygienisch. Nach der Nutzung wurden unsere Kinder krank: Sie bekamen Rötungen und Ausschlag an den Händen, gefolgt von Erbrechen und schwerem Durchfall. Die Kinder haben sich im Pool eine Infektion zugezogen – unser Urlaub wurde zum Albtraum. Personal war unfreundlich.

Points positifs : Hôtel et cadre magnifiques. Équipe du petit-déjeuner et de la piscine très professionnelle et d'une grande gentillesse.
​Points négatifs : Ambiance très fermée vis-à-vis des enfants (regards insistants autour de la piscine, impression d'être de trop). Aucun ménage ni passage en chambre durant nos 3 jours de séjour, ce qui est très limite pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Hotel sehr zentral, Pool sauber und top Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Burcu hanim und Ibrahim und Ahmet Bey waren sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Alles war sehr schön – es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.
Für ein Boutique-Hotel war alles sehr stilvoll, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Una bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Il personale è stato davvero accogliente, un hotel piccolo e familiare che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati disponibili 24 ore su 24, sono stati gentilissimi e poi la loro colazione turca è davvero ottima. L’hotel dispone di una piscina ed è ottimo per chi cerca un po di relax. Posizione molto vicina al centro, senza dover prendere la macchina

Best breakfast, good location, no wifi (bring your own data)
Pros:

Good location near the main Alacati area. While on a road, it was not disturbing. Fairly spacious room, fridge, water kettle etc. Breakfast was incredible, exceeded expectations by far. Pleasant swimming pool area.

Cons:

Wifi was not working in the room, barely sometimes working outside. I planned to work, not possible at all. Staff claimed that this is common in Turkey. Communication with staff was limited (one person speaks limited German, another limited English). I would come again if the internet communication situation is fixed.
