the hotel is beautifully situated and equipped with care for the comfort of the most demanding guests. what is unique is its staff: open, friendly, extremely caring for guests and always ready to help. Food in the restaurant, through trips to massages and surprises... a visit to this hotel is a beautiful, amazing experience. we quickly missed it.

The staff is super friendly, kind and gentle; always looking out to make your stay a special one. There ist a set of organized tours which give a deep and authetic insight into the local culture and variety of the landscape. Natuna is one world on one island; white sanded beaches, mountain, rainforest, diving, hiking etc. The food is authentic and fresh with a particular skill and bakeries.
