Pros:

La stanza con cucina era molto bella e la posizione centrale

Cons:

Assenza totale di personale,dopo 600 km di moto mettersi a cincischiare con un codice per aprire il portone,per usare l’ascensore e poi la porta della stanza non si apriva,chiamare un call center per farla sbloccare,entrare in stanza e trovare lenzuola e asciugamani per una sola persona,tramite messaggi per avere le cose che ci servivano ci è stato detto di andarcele a prendere in una stanza in un altro piano,colazione in un locale convenzionato alquanto deludente! Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella

Good amenities, customer service needs improvement.

Cons:

For the number of automated messages I received asking if anything could be improved, they all seemed to be automated. I had multiple issues that required contacting customer service including a broken stove fan that I was unaware of until I bought groceries. Smoke alarm went off while cooking so I contacted service immediately. No resolution for 15-20 minutes until fire department came. Other issues received an apology but no result. For the cost of this apartment, and the fact I booked two apartments for more than 10 days, I’d like customer service from a human.

Great location, excellent facilities and good breakfast made it memorable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast Partner was next door and good. 24 Hr Supermarket on ground floor and Tram Stop just outside the premises made it most convenient. Location is very close to city center but still peaceful. Kitchenette and washing machine were most useful for our 5 night stay.

Cons:

There should have been at least one complimentary housekeeping visit for 5 night stay. Or at least one more set of bath bath towels would been preferable.

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location
Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable room with almost everything you could ask for. Even scissors!

Cons:

It would have been perfect had there been a coffee pod machine/. Our departure was a little challenging. Completely our fault but we thought check out was 12noon. It was at 11:00am. We were totally locked out of our room. It took 30 minutes to retrieve our bags and then only because we found a cleaner. The phone line rang out several times/ the kind person we were messaging seemed to be out of their depth. We cannot be the first people to be in this situation?

A wonderful experience
Pros:

Great location and appreciated extra security e.g. codes for lift and to open doors. Good communication prior to visit through whatsapp also.

Tilava ja viihtyisä hotellihuone Katajanokan idyllissä
Pros:

Kiva sijainti idyllisellä Katajanokalla ja lähellä VikingLinen terminaalia oli tällä matkalla toimivaa!

Cons:

Ensimmäisenä yönä emme saaneet yhtä kattovaloa sammumaan lukuisista yrityksistä huolimatta. Valojen säätely oli muutenkin erikoista (ei aina toiminut).

Overall okay.
Cons:

Room got changed last minute. Previously received codes didn't work. Shower drain is defect and leads sewer smell into the room, please get a plumber to fix the water lock.

Pros:

Huoneen koko ja varustelu.

Cons:

Aamupala oli yhteistyössä läheisen ravintolan kanssa. En muista minkä maan ruokia ravintola edusti mutta en löytänyt itselleni ruokaa aamupalalla, jouduin hakemaan eväät kaupasta. Ravintolasta ei ennakko mainintaa varatessa.

Ein wunderschöner Kurztrip in Helsinki mit einer wohlffühl-Unterkunft
Pros:

Die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns besonders begeistert. Den Hafen und den Marktplatz erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 4. Im selben Gebäude gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt – äußerst praktisch.

Vom Moment der Buchung bis zum Check-out haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und nicht wie einer von vielen Gästen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen erhielten wir stets schnell und freundlich eine Antwort.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Gefallen ist nicht der richtige Ausdruck,aber ein Kosmetikspiegel wäre schon schön .

Geweldig appartement op top-locatie

Locatie: top
Faciliteiten: top. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en een was-droger combi. Ik bedoel maar. Geweldig.
Bob W. Reageerde heel snel op onze vragen ook dat is heel fijn.

Cons:

Geen parkeerplek.
De afzuiging in de badkamer piepte.
