Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr zentral, so dass vieles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Betten fanden wir wirklich sehr bequem. Eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und anderen Kleinigkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf als Self Service in der Lobby.
Unkompliziertes Parken, direkt am Hotel, zu Holland üblichen Preisen von € 25,00 die Nacht. Konnten das Auto allerdings am nächsten Tag noch stehen lassen und sind erst am späten Nachmittag vom Parkplatz gefahren.

Cons:

Den Self Check in fanden wir zu zeitaufwendig, Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht, es war nicht möglich diese auf einmal einzuchecken, es musst immer wieder der Buchungscode und die Booking Pin eingegeben werden. Auf allen ZImmern fehlte irgendwas, kein Duschgel aufgefüllt, kein Kaffee aufgefüllt, nur eine Tasse oder nur en Glas. Auf ZImmer 402 lief das Wasser in der Dussche nicht ab.Natürlich sind das alles
Kleinigkeiten aber bei einem Zimmerpreis von € 195,00 sollte das nicht passieren. Leider war an beiden Tagen die Kaffeemaschine im Foyer defekt.

Pros:

Het hotel zag er leuk en sfeervol uit. De kamers waren ruim, netjes en schoon. Leuke bar dat gedeeld wordt met de tulip hotels.

Cons:

De incheckcomputers deden het niet, we moesten wachten op een medewerker. Die zijn niet altijd zichtbaar, maar kun je wel altijd bellen.

Wij hebben echt genoten! Komen zeker terug. Locatie perfect, heerlijk ontbijt (wat ik wel wat duur vind) hele mooie stad

Even wennen, maar dat zal de moderne tijd zijn. Niet 24 uur een receptioniste. Maar als ze aanwezig was, was ze heel vriendelijk en klantvriendelijk!
