Pros:

Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen, aber gut. Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof und nahe der Altstadt ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Ich fand Staub und Haare am Boden. Eine Kaffeetasse war gebraucht und nicht weggeräumt. Ich bevorzuge eine bediente Rezeption, aber das Ein- und Auschecken hat gut geklappt.

Great location , room for improvement
Pros:

Great location close to train station and city centre. Clean and modern facilities

Cons:

No reception staff available most of the time. No hot water kettle available even when asked. Was expecting more for price paid.

Cons:

Hård säng, mycket märkligt med handfatet ute i själva sovrummet. Riktigt dålig frukost!
Självincheckningen fungerade inte, minimal service och tableten som man gjorde incheckningen på var oändligt seg och långsam.

Pros:

Location is perfect next to station. The hotel has a food bar where you can get snacks and water for a charge if needed.
The food and restaurant looked nice and busy however we did not try the food so cannot comment.
Self check in and check out was good! And staff were nice.

Cons:

It was very dark. The corridors and the rooms are very dark with little 'normal' lighting during the evenings. There are purple LED strips but did expect to have the options to make it white light. Kind of feels you are in a cinema walking around.

Gunstige ligging, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Schoonmaak... afvalzak lag nog in mijn kamer en douchegel was leeg. 25 euro per dag parkeren is ook aan de hoge kant, maar wel hartje Leiden

Unexpected comfort
Pros:

Ii was skeptical at first because the look of the hotel reminded me of a night club (colors, light...) but I have to admit I had a wonderful stay. Beds are comfy, room is very well organized for my needs: consolle to be used as table, a nice armchair with small coffee table to enjoy a cup of coffee, sockets near the bed.
Refill of coffee and tea capsules for the coffee machine in the room. Self service in the hall for food and drinks.
They changed towels every day and I appreciate a clean towel!
Position is excellent: very close to Leida central station and town center

Cons:

I'd loved a little bit more of human touch. I'm a bit old school I guess.
Even tough they changed towels every day, they should improve the cleaning. One of my long hair stayed on the floor for days, together with a stain of toothpaste meaning they were not really cleaning, just passing and changing towels.

Disappointed to not be listened to on the overbooking issue and have to speak to an AI powered reply service.

Comfortable basic room at a great location
Pros:

The location is perfect. right next to the train station (and central bus station) and in a walking distance from the center

Cons:

Pillows were too big and not comfortable. small shower. room was a bit small.
