Our stay was very disappointing. The toilets were extremely dirty, and after we complained, we were assured that someone would clean them. However, when we returned later, they were still dirty. The rooms were also not cleaned to an acceptable standard.

In our opinion, the overall experience did not match the high rating this hotel has on Booking, which we found misleading given the actual condition of the property and the quality of the service.

The breakfast was a major letdown. The vegetables were not fresh, the coffee machine was out of order, and the selection was much more limited than expected. There was only milk available for the cereals, and overall the quality was very poor.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we have experienced. Based on the cleanliness issues and poor breakfast quality, we would not choose to stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt war auch diesmal wieder in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich war bereits mehrfach hier und jedes Mal war alles spitzenmäßig – konstant auf höchstem Niveau.

Der gesamte Ablauf ist modern, unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert. Der Online-Check-in sowie der gesamte digitale Service funktionieren reibungslos, schnell und völlig stressfrei. Genau so wünscht man sich eine moderne Unterkunft.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet: eine große Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Produkten, sehr ansprechend präsentiert und geschmacklich hervorragend. Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen.

Die Zimmer sind erstklassig – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, äußerst komfortabel und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Alles ist hervorragend gepflegt und in perfektem Zustand.

Für Service, Komfort, Sauberkeit und Gesamtqualität vergeben wir mit voller Überzeugung die absolute Spitzenbewertung. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher.

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés az óváros közepén, folyóparton, pár perc séta a Sebald vagy a Lorenz kirche, a piac, a városháza. Nagyon jó büfé reggeli. Ízléses apartman, mindennel felszerelve. A kilátás is jó.

Negyedik emeleten voltunk, ami lift nélkül elég fárasztó.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Lage ist großartig, das Frühstück im angegliederten Hotel ebenfalls. Alles war sauber, die Betten gut. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, ebenso der Check-in.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsort. Die Küche ist klein, die vier Stühle hier sind Hochstühle an einer Theke an der Wand.
Wir waren ganz oben, 4 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug mit Koffern waren eine Herausforderung. Die Fenster sind für kleine Menschen sehr hoch .

Das Appartement liegt super Zentral. Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof sind es nur 15 min. Und der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist umwerfend.

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Und das Frühstück ist Spitze, am Wochenende hat man noch mehr Auswahl. Wirklich tolles Essen.

Cons:

Ein kleines Wohnzimmer hat uns ein wenig gefehlt, jedoch waren wir auch fünf Personen wo durch hier die Größe des Appartements überschritten worden wäre. Somit alles gut.
