First time I was happy with the room in November stay, but this time you guys provided room in the corner, idiot tractor or excavator disturbed whole night to sleep, so I couldn't sleep properly.

Pengalaman saya stay disini adalah mimpi buruk. Tidak ada staf resepsionis di counter saat kami checking, kami menunggu cukup lama dan menekan bell & call via booking.com. tapi tidak ada respon sama sekali. Karena lebih dari 30 menit menunggu, saya berinisiatif ke lantai 1, saya memanggil berulang-ulang, akhirnya ada seseorang staf keluar utk membantu check in.
Parahnya lagi kunci yang diberikan tidak berfungsi dan saya harus balik mencari staf tsb di lantai 1. Ini sangat menyusahkan.
Lorong lantai menuju kamar kotor. Saat membuka pintu kamar, kamar mandi basah dan ruangan tidak fresh. Ada tiang di tengah ruangan yang sangat mengganggu. Toilet tidak dibersihkan dgn baik, ada spot kotoran disana.
Sungguh mengecewakan stay di hotel ini.

Camera poco curata e lenzuola macchiate. La camera aveva la finestra con affaccio sul corridoio e la hall interna, quindi per avere privacy abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le tende chiuse.
The staff were efficient and helpful, and overall the room was reasonably comfortable and clean. I received a free upgrade from Deluxe to Premium Deluxe, which was appreciated. Despite being in the city, the room at the back was surprisingly quiet.
There is very little space to unpack your suitcase, which becomes inconvenient during a longer stay. The windows were strangely sticky and whatever was on them was difficult to get off my fingers. The TV had no internet or Netflix and you had to sit on the edge of the bed to operate the remote. The Premium Deluxe room supposedly came with a view, but mine overlooked a derelict-looking building surrounded by huge piles of rubbish. Every evening I could see what looked like 60–70 rats running around below. I was very glad to be on the third floor and kept my windows firmly closed.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. Location wise it was great.. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d consider staying at again!
It's okay for quick stay for a budget hotel. Accessible for Grab car and food delivery.
In my experience, when I opened the window i saw the street with a manhole full of rats running in and out, accompanied by an unpleasant odor that would make one regret opening the window. I hope they will simply lock that side of the building if the room faces that direction. I believe this is near the market area. Additionally, the room is inadequately lit; there is only one light source, with the bathroom serving as the other, resulting in a dark environment. The reading light is insufficient. Furthermore, there is only one staff member present. On one occasion, they locked the front door while they were on a toilet break, and we had to call and wait outside for approximately 10 to 25 minutes before getting in.
