Pros:

Der Pool im Innenhof. Die Rooftopbar. Die riesigen Fenster. Die Klinaanlage. Das Ambiente.

Cons:

Wenn ich was nennen muss, dann die Lage. Ist schon etwas sehr südlich, aber es dauert dann ebeb etwas länger. Anbindungen sind ja generell top in München.

L'ingresso, la hall e la sala ristorante sono molto caratteristici e moderni, la piscina adatta per un tuffo rinfrescante con asciugamani disponibili sempre, ristorante soddisfacente con personale molto disponibile e cordiale. La camera/appartamento molto spaziosa, con un bagno molto comodo, la cucina attrezzata con tutto l'indispensabile frigo, lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice. L'unica pecca è l'altezza del soppalco molto basso.

乾淨整潔，早餐很棒，員工親切,交通方便。 雖然目前最近的地鐵站整修， 仍然可以步行至西門站搭地鐵， 門口幾公尺53號公車更方便，僅一站到Lidl 及dm，或載到其他地方，班次密集。 在此要特別稱讚晚班員工Nimo, 在深夜我們反應洗衣機的問題他不會說因為假日要等到星期一 再安排找人修理，而是問我們能不能讓他去房間修，修不好再安排維修， 他一下就修好了。後來我們充電線壞了， 找不到地方買 ，他讓我們用他的充電線直到退房。 如果你們看到一位穿著像時尚藝術家的就是他了！Nimo謝謝你

All in all i was happy with the stay.
Pros:

Beautiful balcony on the penthouse floor, awesome view.

Cons:

The tv was placed at such an inconvenient angle that it was impossible to comfortably watch tv.

Pros:

Balkon, Frühstück

Cons:

Unsauber, keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer obwohl angegeben, Rooftop Bar geschlossen obwohl dieses nicht so kommuniziert wird. Teilweise unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Functional and fun!
Pros:

We loved the lofted family room and the pool. We were able to walk to the train station and grocery store. It was nice to have laundry in our room.

das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand
aber wichtig: kein klassisches Hotel, eher Studios mit Zusatzangebot

Miserabler Service,
Nichts für Gäste, die kein Englisch können, viele Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch (in München!), auch auf Anrufe meldet sich nur ein englisches Band. Auf drei Emails direkt oder über erhaltene Links gab es keine Antwort.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer leer, das TV funktionierte während der ganzen 4 Tage nicht, die Dachterasse war gesperrt, die Mitarbeiter konnten keine Auskunft geben, es gab kein Entgegenkommen.
Im Restaurant ohne grosse Auslastung warteten wir über eine Stunde auf eine Fertigpizza, der Rest der Bestellung (Antipastiplatte) war dann plötzlich ausgegangen, auch hier keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen.
