Good but not Wow
Pros:

Mainly the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reception service was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed somewhat unhelpful, and the spirit of hospitality was missing. They weren’t so welcoming or solution-oriented, which affected the overall experience.

Sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Great location , enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great team of staff, room was well set out with good decor , kitchen was set up well.

Cons:

Was disappointed to pay the fee for early check in, when our room was ready and we arrived just 1.5 hrs early ,very tired from long haul flight . The hallways are in need of an update. The lounge seating area in room is not comfy .
