Pros:

Personal ist zum Teil sehr nett, zum Teil eher weniger an Service interessiert.
Sehr schön ist die Dachterasse und der untere Bereich (Restaurant und Rezeption)

Cons:

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön, allerdings war die Matratze die schlechteste, auf der ich je lag. Sie war so kaputt durchgelegen, dass ich in einer richtigen Kuhle lag. Und leider lag ein dreckiges Handtuch - bei den sauberen dabei.

Pros:

Hele fijne familiekamer! Alle gemakken van een modern hotel maar dan wel met eigen keuken. Mijn zoon vond de bovenkamer geweldig.

Cons:

Als je aankomt moet je vooraf €50,- per dag afrekenen als borg voor het geval dat je mogelijk iets aan de bar of het restaurant gaat bestellen op je kamernummer. Dit kan je niet afdoen op een creditcard maar moet echt afgerekend worden. Ze zeggen dat als je het niet gebruikt dat het wordt teruggestort maar ik ben er nu al 8 dagen weg en ik heb nog niks teruggestort gekregen.... echt heel raar systeem....

second séjour trés desevant
Pros:

Nous avons passé une première nuit dans cet hôtel le 21/08 tout était parfait avec une chambre à 85€ et une terrasse
une seconde nuit le 24/08 chambre très petite au rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue,
bruit important de la chaufferie pour un prix plus élevé soit 98€

vue sur rue
bruit de la climatisation ou du chauffage très désagréable

It was close to the S-Bahn station

Cons:

Awful beds with lumpy pillows. Scratches and stains all over the room. Hairs still around the room. Bed bugs seem in the bed

Die schallgedämmten Zimmern

Cons:

Kein Kabel oder SAT Tv im Zimmer
Es gibt eine Firetv Stick aber ohne Code kann man Nix gucken.
Da hätte eine Info mit Code vorab gereicht.
Die Fenster. Wurde wohl gereinigt. Außen sind die sehr verdreckt.

Schrauben an Schranktüren abgerissen.
Der Eingang unten auch stark verschmutzt.

Tolle Ausstattung und Ambiente im Hotel, familien- und tierfreundlich, ruhige Lage, gratis Parkplätze genügend um das Hotel vorhanden (nach Feierabend muss man halt ein bisschen herumfahren und suchen)

Cons:

Der Pool ist wesentlich kleiner als er auf den Fotos aussieht und war mehrheitlich überfüllt von Familien, sodass man nicht schwimmen konnte. Die Anbindung an Öfis war nicht so ideal (weiterer Laufweg). Reinigung erfolgt nur 1x wöchentlich.

Nors kambariai švarūs ir tvarkingi, koridoriai baisūs, dėmės ant kilimų ir nusilaupę sienos. Taip pat nepatiko rezervuojamas depozitas 150€ už barą.

Pros:

Dobry dojazd. Możliwość ładowania samochodu elektrycznego. Basen jest mały, ale wystarczający dla dzieci. Na korytarzach automaty z przekąskami. Absolutnie genialny bar na dachu.

Cons:

Bardzo mała kuchnia, niewystarczająca ilośc sztućców. Antresola wymaga chodzenia na czworaka dla dzieci podczas wchodzenia do łóżka, jest ekstremalnie niska.

Nettes Stadthotel mit coolen Design
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, moderne Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und nettem Design. Ausblick von der Rooftopbar über München war der Wahnsinn! Alles in Allem ein wirklich nettes Hotel um einen Trip nach München zu unternehmen und entspannt und modern zu wohnen! U Bahn Station in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Gratis Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Fliesen und Fugen in der Dusche sind schon sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden. Auch die Matratze unseres Bettes war komplett durch gelegen so dass es nicht wirklich fein war zu zweit zu schlafen.
