It was very central to the historic zone, most things of interest were a short walk away 10-15 mins,the AC was good, beds were very comfortable, lots of restaurants close by. A good spot

スタッフの皆さんの優しさ！
スタッフが明るく出迎えてくださり、私の拙い英語でも優しく対応してくださったこと。
鍵の開け方に困惑していると何度か助けてくださったこと。

部屋が清潔！
隅々まで清掃がされており、快適に過ごせました。

ベッドが大きくてよく眠れました。

Cons:

エレベーターが無いところ。でもそれを分かって予約しているので特に不満はありません！手伝ってくださったスタッフの方、本当にありがとうございました！

Firenze Santa Maria Novella駅からは若干遠いのと、道が狭い箇所があるので大きいスーツケースだと少し大変だった。

El hotel está bien ubicado y limpio.

Cons:

Aunque ya lo sabíamos, las escaleras con las maletas se nos hicieron un poco complicadas. El desayuno podría ser un poquito más completo, pero por el precio que pagamos, está bien.
