Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, I was disappointed that the hotel only accepted cashless payment for the payment. As I did not have access to digital payment methods at the time, I had to request a family member to transfer the funds on my behalf. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer both cash and cashless payment options to provide greater convenience for all guests.

Great location with linked access to mall. Kids friendly.
Pros:

Great location. Linked access to mid valley mall which had almost everything. Convenient with water dispenser at each level. Bed was very comfy.

Crowded breakfast buffet and swimming pool seems old.

Short stay is bearable.
Pros:

I love the hotel location link to the mall.
Very convenient for shopping and dining.

Cons:

It is not well maintained. There is stained on the toilet seat. The pillows were uncomfortable. The swimming pool is small with kids around you can’t get a good soak in the pool.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was chaotic, with long queues and overcrowding. I also observed tables being wiped with only a cloth without proper sanitisation. Food debris that fell onto the floor during cleaning was simply left unattended

Most concerning of all, during breakfast on my final day, I discovered what appeared to be a coarse hair in my rice after I had already consumed part of the meal. This was extremely distressing, unhygienic, and unacceptable from a food safety perspective.


As a paying guest, I expected a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. Instead, I experienced repeated service failures, poor hygiene standards, and an unacceptable food safety incident that left me feeling disgusted and deeply disappointed.

Overall was still good despite the higher price.
Pros:

The location was excellent, being right next to Mid Valley SouthKey shopping.

Cons:

I paid $153 for one night which seems expensive given the basic features of the hotel room. Someone I know booked a similar room at St Giles for the same night and paid only $99.
