Staff support is great, but would prefer if I wouldn't need to request for basic things
Pros:

Very convenient, staff are nice

Cons:

Property is getting old, windows are covered in moss, bedsheets were dirty(requested a change), aircon was faulty (they fixed it soon after)

Great location but room for improvement
Pros:

Location is best right above Midvalley South

Cons:

None of my requests I put down during booking was honored, in fact all were opposite of what I wanted.
Had to change at the counter which they immediately gave, so it means no one was reading the special requests during booking at all.
The toilet drain was constantly clogged, i had to lift the cover myself to clear out the hair; which means housekeeping is not thorough at all.

There is still room for improvement regarding the cleaness of the bedroom n bathroom. Guess hotel can engaged professional cleaners to clean up the windows exterior. Dirty n mouldy looking. Hope hotel can look into the issues. Thanks 😊

Location is awesome esp with my elderly.

Cons:

Therei is still room for improvement when come to cleaning of bedrooms n bathrooms etc. Guess the hotle needs to engage prof cleaners to clean the windows outside cos rather unsightly n unpleasant looking.

Unbeatable Location: Directly connected to Mid Valley Southkey Mall, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient.
Efficient & Responsible Service: The bellboy and security team are prompt and professional. Luggage assistance arrived quickly even during peak check-out hours. They also follow proper procedures—insisting guests accompany them when delivering bags to rooms to avoid any misunderstandings.
Comfortable Sleep & Strong Water Pressure: The bed is comfortable for a good night's rest, and the shower water pressure is consistently strong.
Great Views: High-floor rooms (such as on the 21st floor) offer great city views.
Decent Local Breakfast: The breakfast buffet features a solid selection of local delights—simple, practical, and good enough to start the day.

Bathroom & Room Cleanliness: The toilet could be cleaner and had a slight lingering odor. Tabletop surfaces in the room also had visible stains.
Linen Wear & Tear: Towels were hit-or-miss (a mix of older and newer ones), and the bedding had small visible tears.

I booked the room with 1 extra large double bed supposed to be King size. However, room given to me was with Queen size bed. Bedsheet has a stale smell.

Cons:

Find that the breakfast spread is not much. We went for breàkfast at 630am. Most of the food were prepared which is good but the waffles and pancakes were stale and hard..not edible. Other than that, all good.
