Definitely a good place to de-stress and chill out
Pros:

Convenience to a mall directly from the hotel

Cons:

No other activities outside of the mall. Still need to take a taxi or grab to other parts of the town to places like KSL or Angsana for local pasar malam or hawker centresly

It was a pleasant experience for a short staycay, and there's easy access to everything I need.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Gym facility could be a bit better, but I like there are towels and a water dispenser in the gym.

Overall location was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok

Cons:

The room air-conditioning was not great, room felt very stuffy at night and couldn't sleep well because it was too warm

Overall was disappointed with the stay this time round.
Pros:

It’s very convenient. Just beside Mid Valley shopping centre.

Cons:

I checked in the hotel room and found out that the room was not clean at all. Found the drinking bottle was open up and there is a used cup. Kettle was spoilt and was boil till almost dry up. Shower towel was used by the previous customer and hung behind the toilet door.
