Great service
Pros:

Staff service were excellent.
Convenient location next to mall with choice of eateries and shopping.
Buffet spread was extensive.

Pros:

The room, the bedding, entertainment on TV.
The room service very precise on time.
In room dinning food very good.
House keeping staffs well mannered and helpful.

Front desk staffs were very attentive to my request made.
Overall all staffs especially the FB service staffs.
Security very helpful.

Cons:

Morning breakfast buffet, layout no to my expectation.
Cut fruits display, presentation was not to hitel standard expectation and there were no verities (more choices).
Fruit juices should be chill and more fresh, should not filled with ice cubes, it make the juice diluted which make juice less tasteless.
Teh tarik, too sweet.
Juice glasses were insufficient to accommodate all the guesses.
Too slow in replanissing the cutlery especially the cups, bowls, side plates, even the foods.
Ushering of guess to the table, the lady usher was good, but the male slightly plum did not do a good job.

Unpleasant thing, there were knocking and banging late night, after late 10pm till middle of the night. This happen, on my 1st and 3rd and 4th night of my 5 days stay.

Cleaning of room can be improved.
Pros:

The main glass door to the mall now friendly user foe wheelchair. The rooms will need clean properly.

Pros:

設備が整っていた。
清掃が丁寧。
空調が良く効いている。
朝食がとても良かった。

Cons:

2日目に、シャワーの排水が詰まって流れなかった。
排水口の清掃を毎日してほしい。

Convenient location
Pros:

The biggest plus for us was that the hotel is directly connected to Mid Valley Southkey, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I really appreciated that the team accommodated my special request for a birthday surprise. They prepared a small cake and balloons, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff also proactively informed us about the breakfast timings and recommended the less crowded periods, which helped us avoid the rush. The room was comfortable and overall we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel appeared to be undergoing some renovation or maintenance works, as there were blue protective mats laid along parts of the corridor. It would have been appreciated if guests had been informed about this before arrival. The gym was decent but quite small. There were only two treadmills, so guests may have to wait during busier periods. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. While there was a reasonable variety, the quality and taste were rather average and we've definitely had better at other hotels.

Very happy.... next visit coming up in October
Pros:

I had stayed in your good hotel many times.
I love for the fact that the shopping mall is connected to the hotel that it makes it easy for shopping & accommodation.
I love the hotel staff and even the door-man. Very good attitude.

Cons:

1. The window is kind of dirty from outside. I can understand probably it's a year maintaince/cleaning by 3rd party. But still it does not look good for a 5-star hotel.

2. The hotel towels kind of off-colour (after many many wash). Hope to see new batch white white color the next time I check in. Thank you.
