Not a hotel to spend ur lovely location

There is no bell boy to help us in luggage

There is no tamp for baby stroller had to take steps every time to enter
Breakfast we didn’t find options or had to be atleast multiple optios to choose from

Pros:

Cleanliness, well laid out with great features. Seamless online checking in and out. Discounted parking. Lovely shower and room features. Classy. Liked the robes and general feel. Bar experience and breakfast was nice. All in all, excellent.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be an issue depending upon neighbouring occupancy.

Miserable stay.
Cons:

Paid $575. 2nd floor room over the trash bins, stained furniture and something sticky on the carpet. No one mentioned A/C resets or shuts off overnight; too warm to sleep. Window opens but street noise is loud. Trash bins emptied early morning, pedestrians and traffic. Miserable stay.

Pros:

It was very modern and well looked after. There are plenty of smiling staff members. I loved the old building into new. Loved the library, and the location was top tier for me. Breakfast with tattie scones and black pudding should always be the case for any hotel in Scotland.

Cons:

Tiny miniscule thing, 3 people in the room, but only 2 shortbread.

A great city break hotel close to City Centre, good parking
