Nice hotel but not worth it when they overcharge and are in no rush to give you your money back🥺
Pros:

Central and hotel was nice

Cons:

They charged us twice for the room plus held £190 instead of £100. When we queried it the next day they were very slow to resolve it and we had to chase them up 3 times!
