Pros:

Location, staff were polite and very helpful, lovely room, cleanliness overall, didn’t use the bar but it looked really nice, overall a lovely hotel and would stay again.

Cons:

Didn’t need to use a pool but would have been nice to have one.

Was a nice hotel situated ideally for our needs. Bed was comfortable, sheets spotless. Rooms were very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very neat how they joined up the two buildings and made it one. Decent bar selection. We didn't dine at the hotel while there but some friends did and enjoyed their meal.

Cons:

Better sign at entrance. Only steps going in main entrance. Those who would have trouble lifting up their suitcases would need help. I did help several elderly couples with their luggage during the stay. Staff if they noticed or notified immediately helped. Its hard to see the entrance from registration.
