Found parts of the breakfast overcooked and cold. Our room was in South tower and had to walk through various doors and along corridors to find and had on 4 occasions had to return to key room card re-chipped as it would not open door. Please don't expect anything special from room window in the deluxe room as it was onto a concrete wall. Hotel spotless as is room but you have to rearrange furniture to have somewhere to sit kettle on and plug it in.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
We have stayed here on numerous occasions. The location is great, right on the riverside but only few minutes walk to shops etc. Five minute walk to station if you are going to Hydro for a gig, or a 25 min walk. The rooms are bright and roomy, comfortable beds and good shower. Tea / coffee tray provided and bottled water. The breakfast is buffet style and everything is always fresh and tasty. The bar is normally pretty busy in evening with a good atmosphere. It’s our go to hotel and back again in few weeks.
