Amazing stay full of activities

Schlechtes Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe, und der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer nett und haben sich bemüht, jeden Wunsch im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Leider überwiegen die negativen Punkte deutlich.

Das Frühstück war das Schlechteste, das ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Es war überhaupt nicht lecker, die Auswahl war extrem klein und jeden Morgen gab es genau das Gleiche. Frisches Obst war kaum vorhanden, und ein Teil davon war sogar verdorben. Das Frühstück hat meinen Tag leider jeden Morgen schlecht beginnen lassen.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Pool. Die Fliesen rund um den Pool sind beschädigt, scharfkantig und stellen eine Verletzungsgefahr dar. Besonders für Kinder ist dieser Bereich überhaupt nicht geeignet, aber auch Erwachsene können sich dort leicht verletzen.

Außerdem gibt es nicht genügend Handtücher für alle Gäste. Nach meiner Rückkehr vom Strand wollte ich duschen. Als ich aus der Dusche kam, war mein Handtuch verschwunden, obwohl ich die „Bitte nicht stören“-Funktion aktiviert hatte. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass ich etwa zehn Minuten auf ein neues Handtuch warten müsse. Das ist für ein Hotel nicht akzeptabel.

Auch die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt keinen richtigen Parkplatz, sondern lediglich einen kleinen Bereich für etwa sieben oder acht Autos. Wenn man als erstes Fahrzeug parkt, kann man später nur ausfahren, wenn das Hotel alle Fahrzeuge, die dahinter stehen, umparkt.

Der Zimmerservice war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Obwohl ich die Zimmerreinigung angefordert habe, wurde mein Zimmer während meines viertägigen Aufenthalts nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt.

Im Zimmer gibt es weder einen Haartrockner noch eine Zahnbürste. Beides erhält man nur auf Nachfrage. Zwar ist es kostenlos, aber solche Dinge sollten in einem Hotel selbstverständlich im Zimmer vorhanden sein.

Insgesamt bin ich von diesem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Besonders das Frühstück hat meinen Gesamteindruck des Hotels stark verschlechtert. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Lage zum Strand und zur Promenade war sehr gut, ist wie Italien (Lignano) nur mehr Müll liegt überall herum.

Frühstück ist okay,könnte mehr Obst und besseres Brot angeboten werden.

Cons:

Absolut ein Nogo war, das jeden Tag und Abend die gleichen 4 Lieder liefen. Das war Folter pur. Man geht Abends deswegen gerne wo anderst hin.
Angestellte durften,laut Chef, keine andere Musik laufen lassen.
Poolliegen, die Auflagen komplett verdreckt.
Die Cocktails sind auch nicht besonders,dafür teuer. Bad im Zimmer sehr schlecht geputzt.Strandabschnitt wo zum Hotel gehört, war sehr schmutzig. Würde nicht danach geschaut vom Hotel.

Hotel customer service was good.

Cons:

Ocean view wasnt good. We saw a glimpse of sea between the trees. That wasnt so nice supprise.

Evening time at the hotel was music so loud, you cannot sleep. And the second night at the neighboring hotel music was so loud, so we werent able able to get to sleep until 1am. And we talking about tuesday and wednesday evenings

Essen sehr gut

Cons:

Will extra Gebühren für Badetücher.
Geruchsverschluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht. Kaum Ablage Möglichkeiten im Bad. Dreckige Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Trotz All Inclusive muss man für einen ordentlichen Espresso morgens zum Frühstück extra bezahlen.
Strand , Liegen sind unsauber und defekt.
