The moment we arrived. Nothing was a problem and would assist us with any questions we had.
Nothing really negative to say. Some parts of the hotel are a bit tired but we were visiting at the end of the season so will probably get a bit of a refresh shortly.

Zariadenie by potrebovalo rekonštrukciu kúpeľní a vymaľovať. Raňajky určite nespĺňajú štyri hviezdičky.

klimatyzacja nie działała- filtr w środku spleśniały, woda po godzinie 24 była tylko zimna, pani sprzątająca często omijała nasz pokój- mimo włączenia usługi sprzątania. Jedzenie nie było najgorsze, ale też nie było najlepsze. Ogolnie sam pobyt mega spoko, wszędzie blisko, fajny basen.
Jättefint hotell i Golem med bra läge vid stranden. Stor fin pool som kändes ren och fräsch. Bra med solstolar runt poolen. Stort rum med balkong mot poolen och stranden. Jättefin frukost och mycket trevlig personal.
Inte så fint i området runt om hotellet. Utanför strandpromenaden så var det mycket sopor. Svårt att ta sig dit och därifrån med bil, dåliga vägar.
Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel, chambre pas très propre, plein de taches sur les murs plafond, des moustiques écrasés… salle de bain pas très propre, calcaire, lunette des toilettes jaunis et tachée et odeur d’égout. Le petit déjeuner est un grand buffet.
La piscine n’est pas chauffé, le tour de la piscine peut être coupant ainsi que les rebords présent dans l’eau. Pour les enfants ça peut être dangereux sans réparation.
As someone who regularly travels the world and reviews various hotel properties, I frequently encounter different standards. However, I was struck by several issues here that are simply unforgivable. With all due respect to the people working at this hotel—as the staff is very pleasant—the technical and hygienic issues require immediate intervention.
The elevator is a death trap: The door sensors do not work, creating a massive safety hazard. While speaking with another hotel guest, I put my hand out to hold the elevator on the floor. The system failed to respond—the doors closed on my hand, and the elevator began to move. A malfunction like this poses a serious risk of severe injury.
Insects in the rooms: The property is in urgent need of pest control and disinfection, as we were bitten by bedbugs during our stay.
Negligence in the dining area: The food in the chafing dishes, such as eggs and sausages, was completely cold. This is unacceptable, as serving food this way poses a risk of food poisoning and illness. Furthermore, the bread was not protected by a cloth or towel in any way, meaning every guest had to touch it directly with their bare hands while slicing it.

établissement pas à la hauteur de ce qui est écrit , literie défoncée, serviettes reprisées, douche ne tenant que par le calcaire, pas de sèche-cheveux, frigo non alimenté lorsque que l'on part de la chambre, transats sur la plage pour la plupart cassés et les coussins sont sales...
