Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. You will be very pleased that you did.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located . The hotel impeccably designed. The room and facilities were incredibly maintained. The staff were incredible. We had a couple of issues and they dealt with each room but the staff dealt with them instantly and professionally, acknowledging the problem and even providing compensation that we would not have expected to make sure we were satisfied. I cannot comment on the restaurant or any of the food services because we didn’t dying at the restaurant for any meal, but if it was anything like the rest of our experience, I’m sure it is also fantastic.

Cons:

I am certain the issues we had with air conditioning in one room and housekeeping were not a regular occurrence and, as said, dealt with very professionally and immediately.

Comfortable, fantastic and friendly
Pros:

Location is great and the hotel facilities are amazing. There is a sense of home with all the books in the room and everywhere else in the hotel.
But most of all, everyone is professional, pleasant and ready to help make our stay super comfortable. Thank you to the whole team

Cons:

More healthy gluten free choices. The bread and muffins provided were not good, too high in sugar. Would be great to source better quality options.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Lisbon
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Staff were very attentive and always smiling. The roof top pool was a huge bonus after seeing the sites and the perfect way to unwind.

5 star hotel and lived up to expectations and price.
Pros:

Absolutely spectacular hotel — genuinely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and exceptional, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.

The room was perfect, beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted. The public areas throughout the hotel were stunning, with so much attention to detail. The rooftop and lounge honesty bars were such a lovely touch and made relaxing in the hotel even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was completely off the scale — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever experienced, with incredible quality and choice. The gym was small but perfectly adequate for keeping up with training while travelling.

We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it — every dish was outstanding, and the steak may genuinely have been the best we’ve ever tasted.

I honestly didn’t want to leave. A truly special hotel with amazing people, beautiful surroundings, and an experience we won’t forget. We can’t wait to return.

Under staffed and underwhelming.
Pros:

The property is in an excellent position, also, the rooms are nicely appointed.

Front desk team were helpful.

Cons:

I think the hotel prioritises their location and has made a decision to cut back on staff.

There is no pool service or bar service, they run an “honest bar”, also, where you feel the cut back on staff the most is in house keeping, with no turn down service (even if you ask for it) and our room was cleaned quite late in the day.

So just to manage expectations, for a hotel coming in at about this price point, it is a bit underwhelming.

Lastly; the stairs in the pool are chipped and I did slightly scrape my leg, I would suggest the hotel attends to this, as it is sharp and could cause more harm.

Great hotel that we would use again
Pros:

Really cool boutique style hotel. Staff were so friendly and engaging. Rooftop pool is a gem that's not readily available in Lisbon. Great location within walking distance or short taxi ride to most places of interest.
