Great location
Pros:

Fantastic location and lovely hotel aesthetic. Staff were also wonderful.

Cons:

We arrived in the evening and we were too hot all night. The AC is not particularly powerful and had a very hot and restless night sleep. The second night was much better but they need to cool the rooms slightly before guests arrive.

There was also a loud rooftop event all evening both nights which was loud until around midnight.

Pros:

Nice sized rooms, comfy beds and the interiors of the hotel is really beautiful! Staff were also helpful and friendly - helping us book the restaurant upstairs and also for late check out. Location was also really great

Cons:

We had accidentally booked the wrong dates and weren’t able to modify to the right dates. Was given advice by hotel staff that this was okay and the best way was to book the correct dates and request to cancel the wrong booking on booking.com. However despite the hotel cancelling the booking on their system they never accepted the request on booking.com for cancellation. This meant I still had two reservations and paid twice. I tried resolving this while staying at the hotel and even afterwards. However, the hotel never reached back out to myself or booking.com to resolve. We understood the booking conditions but we would have liked to hear back from the hotel or had received something such as a voucher during our stay etc. It was a shame as we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully Blissful
Pros:

Else is a boutique hotel located in a repurposed old beautiful building where every detail is top class in terms of decor and amenities! The staff was very nice and attentive and went out of their way to be helpful and obliging even with late checkouts. The food in the restauraunt from the Ala Carte breakfast menu to lunch and dinner were excellent ! They even have a fabulous Mediterranean restauraunt near the pool level with excellent food and cocktails. The pool was super inviting and we used it twice on a short two night stay ! Everything was just beautiful and we had a fabulous time

Cons:

Since we were on a girls trip and on twin share - the semi transparent glass doors to the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable! Had we been with our partners it would have been okay.
The location is in China town’s flower market - a 10 minute drive from Butik Bintang where all the action is - grab cabs are easily available - however it is slightly out of the way. If you’re a tourist who loves to explore authentic city localities this would be ideal - the area has lots of charachter ! We didn’t find it inconvenient at all but some guests could

Marvellous...
Pros:

It was a lovely place to stay. Right in the middle of Chinatown. The hotel was gorgeous with a lovely room and the bar area was great. Next time in KL this is definitely where we would call home.

Cons:

A power point in the bathroom would of been good.

An amazing stay!
Pros:

Super hotel with a beautiful Scandinavian design in the middle of China Town of KL.

The room was lovely. Breakfast at the Raw is super tasty (Açai bowl very recommended as well as burnt avocado toast). Staff are lovely from the person who opened the door of the hotel, reception and the restaurant were nice and helpful. The location is lovely and lively.

There’s a beautiful space- the library- where one could work. There is a floating cocoon which I didn’t get to book.

I was there for 4 nights for a business trip and enjoyed every moment!

Very recommended!

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Design und top Service
Pros:

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt innerhalb eines Monats und diesmal hatten wir ein kleines Zimmer. Genauso stilvoll und vom Design her gut eingerichtet. Dieses Zimmer war weniger hellhörig. Weiterhin top: Pool, Service, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Badezimmerbereich

Nydeligt hotel
Pros:

Nydeligt hotel, super service og skøn morgenmad (som ikke er gør det selv buffet men bordservering). God beliggenhed.

Cons:

Boede på hotellet af to omgange og anden gang oplevede jeg problemer med trafikstøj. Værelserne er heller ikke voldsomt godt lydisoleret, så husk hørepropper hvis du har hang til let søvn.

Pros:

A calming and comfortable retreat from the bustling streets. Ample space, beautiful design and fabulous a la carte breakfast options. Loved the Aesop toiletries, spacious room and ensuite.

Wonderful stay in the heart of China town
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, love that they uses Aesop. Room was clean and there are some free movies to watch. Location was right in the middle of China town just opposite the Chinese temple. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely come back again. Oh and their service was 👍 as well.

Cons:

We booked a room for two but before our trip wanted to add another person. We messaged the hotel in advance to enquire a room for 3 but there were no reply at all. Luckily we booked an extra room and when we reached there, the hotel in charge managed to get us a room next to each other and a discount. Thank you for your help and understanding. Just a feedback, perhaps it would be good if someone reply the message.

Sehr nette Ausstattung - Pool war sehr angenehm in der Temperatur. Tolles Frühstück. Bequeme Betten. Lage top.

Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, top Service Laundry und top Service als mein verspätetes Gepäck vom Airport geliefert wurde, Swimmingpool und Ausstattung top, Badezimmer super Stil, danke für gratis Snacks&Wasser.
Da wir in 2 Wochen aus Indonesien wieder in das Hotel kommen, können wir Gepäck lagern - das finden wir sehr sehr zuvorkommend - danke!

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig - Schallisolation verbessern! Kleine Essens-Portionen im Raw, bitte grössere Pirtionen anbieten
