Extrem unfreundliches Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war grundsätzlich sehr zentral und ruhig, jedoch haben wir nicht gewusst, dass der Weg ins Hotel steil ist. In Istanbul ganz normal aber da wir ältere Personen dabei hatten, war das leider sehr schwierig.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Housekeeping Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Personal (außer Housekeeping und Nachtdienst Portier) war sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend. Da wir eine große Gruppe mit älteren Personen und Baby waren, wurde der Frühstücksraum von uns als Treffpunkt oder "Lobby" genutzt, da es keinen anderen Bereich gibt, wo man mit anderen zusammenkommen kann. Wir wurden selten mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfangen. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich und eintönig. Da man sich nicht selbst bedienen kann, geht man davon aus, das jemand fragt, ob man noch einen Tee oder Kaffee möchte, jedoch wird das Frühstück lieblos ohne Kommunikation und Lächeln zum Tisch gebracht und danach bis zum Wegräumen nicht mehr gefragt. Als wir um 10:31 einen Kaffee wollten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur bis 10:30 Frühstücksservice gibt und wir jetzt ausnahmsweise noch einen Kaffee bekommen. Grundsätzlich auch korrekt, aber das geht alles auch mit etwas mehr Elan und mit einem Lächeln. Hotellerie ist eine Branche, wo man sich eigentlicht nicht erlauben kann, so mit Gästen umzugehen. Ich möchte dazusagen, dass wir aus unterschiedlichen Ländern in dieser Unterkunft zusammengekommen sind und diese Unterkunft extra gebucht haben, weil es diesen Frühstücksraum gibt, wo wir zusammenkommen konnten, jedoch haben wir uns immer sehr unwohl und beobachter gefühlt und definitiv nicht eingeladen, jedes mal wenn wir unten saßen. Nachdem meine Oma dieses Feedback an die sehr sehr nette Housekeeping Dame gegeben hat, war bei der Abreise sie Freundlichkeit etwas besser aber das war schon zu spät. Sehr sehr schade, da dieses Verhalten unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst hat.

De afstand voornamelijk, als je na een lange dag terug naar het hotel wilt komen (zonder taxi) dan is dat erg vermoeiend, maar het is een keuze die je maakt natuurlijk. En ook de schoonmaak van de eerste dag! De dekbedovertrekken en kussenslopen waren echt totaal niet schoon

Yeterli su bırakılmıyordu☹️☹️☹️

Location is very suitable for tourists, ferry station is near, many restaurants and cafes also around 10-15 mins walk.
