Es wurden falsche Tatsachen auf der booking.com Seite vorgetäuscht.
„Hervorragende Lage“ -das Hotel, das eher wie eine Kaserne wirkt, liegt mitten im Nirgendwo ohne Infrastruktur rundherum.
„Wellnessbereich „ Bestand lediglich aus einer Sauna, die nicht eingeheizt war, der „Außenpool“, wegen dem ich das Hotel gebucht hatte, war ein Schwimmteich, der nicht benutzt werden konnte, da noch geschlossen.
Das Restaurant und die Bar schließen um 20h, keine Alternative in der Umgebung.
Wir haben sofort wieder ausgeschenkt, ohne das Zimmer zu betreten, trotzdem wurde uns eine Rückerstattung verweigert.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vorm Eingang zum Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Apartment sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

That nobody came to take the garbage during our 4 days stay. At departure, I wanted to take coffee to go after breakfast (not so save money but to save time by not stoping on our way home) and the person from the location told me not to do that. But it is something I can live with 🙈
Zimmer und Check-In Prozess wie erwartet gut. Frühstück sehr schwache Auswahl, die frische Eierspeise hat es etwas gerettet.
Aber grundsätzlich schöne Anlage, für eine Nacht optimal.
Die Ladekosten für ein E-Auto extrem hoch und diese waren nicht angeschrieben, sah man erst auf der Rechnung. Hätte eigentlich 2 Punkte Abzug verdient 80 cent zu verlangen für einen 11kwh Charger.
Betten sind etwas zu weich für meinen Geschmack, außerdem bieten die Türen kaum einen Schallschutz zum Gang.

Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Sauna und Fitnessbereich, Tennisplätze. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war einfach aber gut. Etwas abgelegen, dafür in wunderbare Natur eingebettet. Self Check in ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber gut geklappt.
