Sehr guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Pool war total erfrischend und sauber.Das Personal im Restaurant immer wieder herzlich,kundenorientiert und freundlich.Sie leisten eine sehr gute Arbeit rund um die Uhr.Es hin kostenlose Parkplätze! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Het natuurbad was met het warme weer erg fijn! Ook was het erg fijn dat er een restaurant in het hotel zit voor een simpele maaltijd. Personeel van het restaurant was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Internet op de kamer was erg snel!

Cons:

Ten eerste vind ik het vrij bijzonder dat je de grootste en luxeste kamer moet boeken om een kinderbedje te krijgen vanuit het hotel.

Na aanvraag van een kinderbed heeft het van aankomst 09.00 ‘s ochtends tot 17.00 geduurd tot wij een bedje gekregen hebben. Na meerdere malen contact gehad te hebben via booking kreeg ik constant antwoord dat het bedje gebracht zou worden. Om 16.30 gebeld met het hotel en kreeg te horen dat het nog wel enkele uren kon duren maar ze waren onderweg. Tijdens het telefoon gesprek werd ik zonder aankondiging in de wacht gegooid en na 30 minuten in de wacht werd er aangeklopt met een ledikantje

Bij het boeken staat ook nog ‘gratis verblijf voor baby’ en na het boeken moet je €18,- afrekenen voor het baby bedje.

Het baby bed stond ook nog op de hoogste stand waarna vragen niks aan gedaan kon worden volgens de housekeeping. Onze baby kan staan en dus ook uit het bed vallen

Airco deed het nauwelijks omdat de filter gereinigd moest worden dus klapte elke 15 minuten uit.

Voor de ramen hangt een dunne vitrage die de ruimte niet donker kan maken. In de zomer maanden dus licht tot 22.00 ‘s avonds en weer licht om 05.00 ‘s ochtends

Online staat ook dat er een een mini bar, waterkoker etc is. Dit was niet aanwezig in de kamer.

Overal een grote teleurstelling voor de prijs die we betaald hebben

Absolute Frechheit. Wir haben auf dem Weg nach Österreich gebucht und nicht gewusst, was uns erwartet. Dort mitten in der Nacht abgekommen, sind wir in der „Walachei“ gelandet. Der Weg dorthin war schrecklich, unbeleuchtet, schlecht beschildert und absolut mitten im Nirgendwo. Nachdem unsere Kinder grossen Hunger hatten und es absolut keine Möglichkeit gab, vor Ort oder im Nachbar-Ort etwas zu Essen zu kaufen, riefen wir in der Unterkunft an und baten darum zu stornieren, da wir einen sehr grossen Umweg fahren mussten und fast in Wien angekommen waren. Ca. 59 km davon entfernt. Dort völlig emotionslos und absolut nicht empathisch sagte man uns, man kann es nicht stornieren und wir müssten obwohl wir es nicht nutzen zahlen. Nach mehrmaligen Emails und Anfragen unsererseits war diese Unterkunft nicht bereit uns entgegenzukommen. Bitte sehr hiervon ab und überlegt es euch gut, ob ihr diese Art von Unterkunft in der Wildnis bucht!

We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.

Our only advice for future guests is to read the hotel description and check-in instructions carefully before arriving. We were quite surprised to find that there is no reception or staff on site during check-in, so there is no one to ask if you have questions. It was a new experience for us and a bit unexpected at first.

Also, if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, keep in mind that there is no elevator. If your room is on the second floor, you’ll need to carry your suitcases up a fairly steep staircase.

That said, these are things you can easily prepare for in advance. Once you know what to expect, you can simply relax and enjoy this lovely hotel, its welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent breakfast.

We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Ein Top Unterkunft in einer wahnsinnig schönen Gegend. Wir waren aufgrund eines Drechselkurses in der Nähe und können dieses Hotel mit bestem wissen und gewissen empfehlen. Der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts und die herzlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen :)

Aufenthalt o.k., aber nicht für einen längeren Urlaub

Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber, Klimaanlage fein, Zimmer in den Innenhof sind ruhig, Personal bemüht, Flugplatz am Gelände hat Charme

Cons:

einsame Lage, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Frühstücksangebot mäßig gut (z.B. Milchbrot nicht vom Bäcker), uns hat das persönliche Service aufgrund des digitalen Konzepts gefehlt
