Pros:

Super nettes Personal, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Sehr große, schöne und saubere Zimmer, schöne ruhige Lage, Schwimmteich, Spielplatz und Tennisplatz schön und gepflegt. Immer wieder gerne!

Great stay. The staff were very helpful and the pool was by far our highlight. Breakfast was very good and access to the gym was seamless and had exactly what we needed.

Der Schwimmteich
Das Gastronomie Personal war sehr nett.
Fahrrad Garage war toll

Cons:

Leider kein Zimmerservice bei allen 3 Zimmern über den gesamten Aufenthalt, nur ein mal nach Aufforderung wurde das Badetuch bei einem Zimmer getauscht.
Self Check In für 3 Zimmer, ging nur mit Unterstützung des Call Centers, diese Mitarbeiterinnen waren aber sehr bemüht!

Das Hotel ideal für Ausflüge nach Carnuntum, zum Paddeln an die Donau, Kellergasse u.v.m.
Pros:

Die Erstinformationen zweier Einheimischer auf der Sonnenterrasse waren sehr spannend und praktikabel. Die Gastgeberin leitete uns freundlich bei unserem erstmaligem Online-Check-In an. Das Badezimmer ist groß und funktionell. Der Bereich mit dem Außenpool ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet auch Schatten. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, sowohl was die pikante wie auch die süße Variante betrifft. Der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Keine Informationen über die Frühstückszeiten, Hinweise auf die Betriebszeiten - wenn überhaupt - der Sauna. Keine Hinweise zum Wo oder Wie des Außenpool-Bereichs und Fitnessraums.
