The room on the tenth floor had a nice view
The room wasn't properly clean. Fresh towels were dirty. Bedsheets never changed. Cleaning staff kept knocking and ringing doorbell early in the morning despite the do not disturb sign on. Came back around midnight afternoon to find all cleaning staff sitting on the floor of the room next door chatting and on their phones whilst our room wasn't properly cleaned. Also, the stairs (which were emergency stairs) were filled with clutter, shoes, storage, and even dirty food bowls.
Also, the staff weren't helpful. The concierge never opened a door or helped us with our bags. He did, however, corner us in the lobby to try and sell us a Ba Na Hills tour package with his friend. The receptionists never checked in or offered any information or apologies when the services advertised weren't actually true.
False advertising. The sky bar was closed completely and no one told us. We were waiting at it for ages before we realised something was wrong. Also, the restaurant is only open for breakfast, despite advertisements for food and Vietnamese lunch throughout the place.
The electricity went on the last night. Which we understand isnt the hotel's fault but it also isnt our fault. As a result, the air conditioning wouldnt work and the shower water remained boiling. We couldn't eat breakfast in the hotel that morning because it was too hot so we had to leave and pay for breakfast elsewhere. We were on the 10th floor and had to take the EMERGENCY stairs the whole way down but they DIDNT HAVE ANY LIGHTS. Extremely dangerous considering all the rubbish that we had to step over. Had to use our phone torches. No apologies or offers of refunds or compromises from any member of staff in the hotel.
Extremely disappointing as this hotel is not cheap and you are paying for advertised services that didnt exist. We are utterly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel at all.
Fabulous location and fantastic staff
Everything was perfect
Since every Hotel uses shower gel and not soap anymore. It would to have a wash cloth. I asked the staff, and they did not understand what I was asking for.
As mentioned above, no wash cloth. The bar is a joke. The hours say open until 10 and it closed between 18:30 - 19:00. Speaking about the bar, it would be very difficult for someone who is not fairly agile, the elevator only goes to the restaurant and you have to climb the stairs, which is not bad until you get to the top, then you have a big step to get over.
Minh on reception was lovely. Good location with restaurants and coffee shops at front door. A nicely shaded street to give respite from the heat.
Hotel needs some upgrades. Maintenance issues including, faulty electronic door lock which needed to be replaced, AC unit that worked intermittently and shower that had drainage issues.
Location, great views from room, room was spacious, staff was nice. Overall very clean and hotel had a modern look.
bathroom had a smell when first arrived but later it was ok. rooftop "bar" was never open, we were there at four different times. breakfast was not good. bathrobes and towels had a bit of a smoky smell. Thin walls, could hear other quests at night.

The pool area was terrible and getting to it was very bad especially for elderly people.No lift to the floor that the pool is on and having to use very bad steps.
Warning to my fellow travellers: "Superior" room’s only window opens directly onto a wall. There is no meaningful natural light or outlook. This was not mentioned in the room name or description, and the photos gave a misleading impression of a normal room with a real window. Staff offered no help. I left immediately and booked another hotel. Check the room details very carefully, or avoid this property.
Stayed 5nts. Great location close to the beach but away from the noise of the bars on the beach. Great staff and lots to choose for breakfast. Great view from the 10th floor. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Pool was great but the bar was not open. The massage was great and cheaper than on the street. Well worth it. Great value for money
The kitchen and breakfast area were directly above our room and can be noisy from 5am onwards.
Spent 3 days in this hotel, was warmly welcomed by staff members.
Reserved a suite with a sea view. Although the view was partially blocked by some buildings near the beach, still I really enjoyed the room and the view with a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunlight in the morning.
I went to the swimming pool in the evening, and enjoyed the entire pool by myself. People who do not how to swim I will say just please be aware of the depth of the pool because you may not able to stand.
Nothing bad to say, honestly I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back for my next vacation in Vietnam
