A disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was good and close to many sightseeing places and attractions in Osaka.

Cons:

Compared to other hotels in the same category that we stayed at in Japan, this hotel was disappointing.

The rooms are small and poorly designed. We have stayed in even smaller rooms, such as at APA hotels, where the space was used much more efficiently, making them more comfortable overall. In this case, there was no space under the bed to store suitcases. The only option was to place them between the bed and the window, otherwise they would block access to the door.

This created another issue: housekeeping did not make the bed because, according to a printed note left on it, there was “luggage around and on the bed.” This gave the impression that this is a recurring issue. While this might have been understandable if only the bed had been skipped, the rest of the room was not cleaned either. Used glasses were not replaced, the floor was not vacuumed, and the bathroom was left untouched. This was unacceptable.

Additionally, the amenities provided felt low quality compared to other hotels in the same price range.

A particularly concerning aspect was that the window in our room, located on the 12th floor, could be fully opened, leaving enough space for an adult to pass through. We did not encounter anything like this in any other hotel during our stay in Japan.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was not enjoyable, and we would choose a different hotel on our next visit to Osaka.

Cons:

喫煙室なのに部屋に灰皿がなかった。
ドライヤーが冷風しか出ませんでした。
いつもは灰皿もあるし、ドライヤーも普通に使えるのでたまたまだと思うけど…。
