Not 4 stars but clean
Pros:

The property looked good from the front.
The breakfast was basic and good.
The bed and bathroom were clean.
The team responded well to issues

Cons:

The view was the back window was awful. The building behind it was surrounded with rubbish.
The restaurants only offered Indian food. All were very spicy.
Had issues with flushing toilet and hot water. These were solved.
The card machine did not accept Arab or European bank cards.
The receptionist couldn’t identify the correct passport page and told the senior manager I was Chinese (I have a Chinese visa in my passport).
Another manager who tried to help smelled of alcohol.
