Perfect location to explore Kyoto, helpful staff
Pros:

Great location near Pontocho Alley and Gion. Hundreds of restaurants and shops nearby. My room had a nice view from the ninth floor. Bed was big and comfortable. Air con worked well. Bathroom was a good size with a large walk-in shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. 24-hour taxi rank outside the front entrance

Cons:

Walls were scuffed from luggage and there were no laundry facilities in the hotel

Great deal,
Pros:

Perfect location, right next to the main shopping streets and very close to transportation to Arashiyama or Gion, but absolutely quiet.
Very clean.
Extremely polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

The only downside is the room size, there wasn't enough floor space to open our suitcases properly, and there was only a miniscule closet.

Локация топ. Рядом было вообще все. Очень чистый и, относительно японии, был большой номер. Очень хороший персонал

Cons:

Дом стоит окна в окна с другими домами. Так что какой то красивый вид не ждите. Хотя в японии это классика.

It was fine due the staff and the location otherwise the rooms weren’t nice.

スタッフの方おすすめの近隣の食事のお店がとても美味しかったので助かりました。
風呂敷バッグの貸し出しや夜の和菓子カフェのサービスなど一つ一つに楽しませてもらえました。
