Pros:

Personál se velmi snažil.
Výhled z hotelu byl moc pěkný.
Snídaně byla individuální a tím pádem i vhodná pro vegetariány.

Cons:

Manager hotelu mi nabídl odvoz na letiště a průvodce po Lalibele. Ptal jsem se dvakrát na cenu, ale žádnou informaci jsem nedostal. Následně na mě čekal průvodce již na letišti a čekal dlouho, protože nebyla žádná dohoda a tím pádem ani management nevěděl, kdy přiletím. Tímto postupem jsem se dostal pod velmi nepříjemný tlak, abych služby využil. A udělal jsem tak jen kvůli tomu, jak špatná situace v městě evidentně panuje - turistů bylo opravdu hodně málo a podmínky obyvatel jsou hodně špatné. Nicméně, takového chování považuji za VELMI NEVHODNÉ a neprofesionální! A upozorňuji všechny další turisty, aby si dali pozor.
Mimo to, je hotel umístěn na kraji města a ne na místě, které je v mapě vyznačeno. Tím pádem je i docházková vzdálenost ke kostelům i do centra relativně velká.

We had a delightful stay at the Panoramic hotel.
Pros:

View was amazing. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were able to book a tour guide and driver through the hotel as a package deal. Great price and made the trip even more special.

Cons:

Mosquito nets would have been helpful as evenings were hot and needed to open patio door for air.

Excellent place to stay with great value for our money. They organized an excellent guide for us.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Good options.
Lunch was plentiful and tasty with good options.
Dinner was very good. Lots of options to choose from.
Drinks were included.
The staff were excellent. The coffee ceremony and the bonfire were a nice touch. The scenery was beautiful.

Cons:

The occasional sewer smell in the bathroom. The door to the room didn't always shut without the key being used.

Pros:

View is excellent, big balcony, room is huge. Quiet area.

Cons:

Restaurant is 5-6 times more expensive than restaurant around town. Shower was tiny and broken. Price they wanted didn’t match booking, but they adapted.

Pros:

Super Lage mit Ausblick über das äthiopische Hochland. Für ländliche afrikanische Verhältnisse war wirklich alles super! Wir fanden besonders den Ausblick von der eigenen Terrasse, die Dachterrasse und den vom Hotel organisierten Guide (Telake) zur Besichtigung der Felsenkirchen von Lalibela hervorragend und können das Hotel sowie Telake sehr weiterempfehlen.
