Great location. Nice hotel
Pros:

Great location. Generally comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The 3d bed was a pullout. It was very noisy and squeaky.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuss an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufszentren gehen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Cons:

Sonntag-Abends ist das Restaurant und Bar zu und man findet überhaupt keine Restaurants, die Sonntag-Abends offen haben.

Pleasurable option in the heart of Helsinki
Pros:

Great location in the heart of old Helsinki. The hotel is quite big and has modern and functional facilities.

Cons:

When you book a standard room they do not provide you with a kettle for hot water unless you pay an additional 5 euro, which I thought was weird for a 4-star hotel. Also the lobby and reception area could use some improvement.

Highly recommend to stay for family!
Pros:

My child was sick 2nd day of staying and made a mess in the room. When I asked to change the bed sheets after 1:00 am, the receptionist(His name is Kirenge) worried about my child's condition and he was really helpful and kindness. We would love to say huge thank you to him.

The breakfast was very delicious!
Amazing location and clean room!
We requested to stay in the room with bathtub, so we could relax after long day walking!
Highly recommend to stay!!

Pros:

La posizione centrale

Cons:

La camera era sporca. La pulizia giornaliera inesistente, non veniva passata neanche la scopa nel pavimento che era sempre sporco. Gli asciugamani venivano piegati e non cambiati e il letto rifatto malissimo. La mobilia non veniva pulita. Il the o caffè in camera non veniva rifornito. Nel corridoio c'è la moquette sporca.
La palestra piccola e angusta senza musica o schermi video.
Lo staff molto scortese e sempre seccato.
Per il prezzo pagato meglio cercare altrove.

Excellent stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Very friendly staff. We stayed during our honeymoon and we're surprised with a towel display and chocolates on the bed! The location is great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
