The first room smelled weird and was dirty, they did change out room
It wasn't as clean as it should have been, there were children behind the desk when i checked in, very unprofessional, and i was forced to sign up for some promo to get free parking, which should be included. It was not on booking that it cost 15$ a night to park even if you are a guest, which shouldn't be the case and makes me think i was getting scammed. i found out after my arrival with a sign at the front desk. Very sketchy. the entire hotel smelled like someone sprayed an obnoxious spray to cover up the pot smell, which it did not.

I waited an hour for the shuttle. I called 3 times and each time was advised it would be 15 minutes. Clearly, the shuttle driver was not doing what he was supposed to because as I waited, I saw the shuttles from other hotels circle three times.
New and modern
I always stay here when I am flying in and out of DIA. This time around I had a work conference at the Gaylord and stayed here. The rooms are always very clean and quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I appreciate the 24/7 access to coffee and tea. The breakfast is decent and the workout facilities meet the need.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The layout of the room was exceptional and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of traveling.
There’s nothing really, except after a long day of travel all someone wants to do is take a hot shower and the water was warm on the highest setting.

Layout if rooms
Nothing
The room was spacious, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Check-in was straightforward once I arrived, and overall the property itself was very nice and staff were friendly.
The airport shuttle experience was extremely disappointing. I had advised the hotel through Booking.com that I would be arriving between 11pm and midnight, and they specifically acknowledged and confirmed this arrival time. At no point was I told there was an earlier cutoff for requesting the airport shuttle.
After some confusion finding the correct shuttle pickup point, I eventually learned that I needed to call the hotel to request collection, only to be told around 11:40pm that I had missed the shuttle cutoff by approximately 15 minutes. I was left at the airport close to midnight with no alternative assistance offered, and was incredibly fortunate that another hotel shuttle driver kindly offered to take me there himself.
This could have been avoided entirely with clear communication. If a guest has provided a late arrival time and the hotel has confirmed it, the shuttle operating hours, request cutoff and exact pickup instructions should be provided in advance.
Location is perfect, and the hotel is so clean. I love the design of the rooms.
