Peaceful and calm stay in a soft and luscious bed.
Pros:

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Which says a lot to be honest. I travel frequently and I am quite picky about where I rest my head. Angel at the front desk was an absolute delight at check in and incredibly helpful. Once we made our way to our room we were so excited to walk into such a clean, it literally smelled like fresh air, and spacious room. Our bed was so soft. My favorite part was fhe spare blanket. Its rare to find this in a room and often you have to ask and sometimes even get charged extra for another blanket. I slept like an infant. Our room was super quiet and the area is so calm 😌 we will be back to stay here the next time we are in Denver which I hope will be soon!

Excellent experience, great staff, very clean, great breakfast
Pros:

The staff are so helpful, the breakfast was a great value, the hotel is clean and spacious. Love the upstairs lounge area and outside seating area

The door is quite heavy for a handicap accessible room

4th floor - mountain views - tea 24hrs a day, closet that opens to bathroom & to main liv space

It was unpleasant.
Pros:

The proximity to the air

Cons:

I was made to pay $15 for parking. No where was this mentioned. No one told me if I was a rewards member I got 1 night free. I found my rewards number and they reversed the charges.

I found black hair in the bathroom sink when I got to my room.

Room became too hot overnight and we all woke up sweating.

Pros:

Hotel was comfortable and room was well appointed. Check-in staff were very pleasant and there are several restaurants available within walking distance.

Cons:

The shuttle driver dropped everyone off at one spot, regardless of what airline you were flying. Not being from the area and not knowing that was the case, we told her that we were on the other side of the airport, she just looked at us and said "walk there" in a snarky tone. Gee, thanks! Not the end of the world, but be prepared, you may need to walk a bit to get to your airline.

Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת, החללים במלון מעוצבים מאוד יפה ונעים, החדר גדול, נקי, מעוצב יפה, המיטות נוחות. הנוף מהחלון מאוד יפה. לא השתמשנו בפינת הקפה הגדולה בכניסה לחדר המלון (רק בארוחת הבוקר), אבל הזמינות שלה 24 שעות בהחלט אטרקטיבית. שירותי ההסעה היו מאוד ידידותיים ונוחים. גם צוות הקבלה נחמד מאוד.

Cons:

על אף העיצוב היפה של החדר - חלק מהאבזור שבו לא מספיק פונקציונלי. עמדת הכיור היפה בחדר הרחצה לא נוחה ולא נגישה כלל לילדים, המקלחת גם היא לא ממש נוחה לילדים וזרם המים יחסית חלש ולא מאוד חם. המזגן מעט מרעיש. היו חסרים לי כוסות/ספלים שאינם חד פעמיים (בארוחת הבוקר, בפינת הקפה בחדר, ואפילו בחדר הרחצה - כל הכוסות חד פעמיות). המלון היה זמין בטלפון אבל למייל ששלחתי לא קיבלתי מענה.
