I normally enjoy staying at B&B hotels and have always been satisfied with the quality of their service. Unfortunately, my experience in Maribor was extremely disappointing, and this is now the second time I have had a poor stay there.

When making the reservation, there was no indication whatsoever that the Economy Room was a windowless room with no proper ventilation. Furthermore, the room did not even have adequate lighting, with only a small portable desk lamp available. This is essential information that should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. We initially reported the issue and were assured that we would be moved to another room. However, this never happened. Instead, housekeeping staff were repeatedly sent to inspect the air conditioning, but despite several attempts, the problem remained unresolved.

Spending several days in a room without a window, without adequate ventilation, and with a malfunctioning air conditioning system was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of our stay, nothing had been fixed, and no alternative solution was offered.

This was a very frustrating experience and far below the standard I have come to expect from B&B Hotels. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Pros:

Pokój - wielkość i czystość - OK, łóżko wygodne.

Cons:

Pokój 106 zatkany odpływ umywalki, woda pod prysznicem pulsująca od zimnej do bardzo gorącej (bez kręcenia kurkiem), zamontowanie węża prysznicowego 2m nad podłogą to jakiś patent nigdzie indziej niespotykany. Widok za oknem bardzo brzydki, rozumiem że technicznie tak musi być, ale może to brzydkie podłoże można byłoby wysypać cienką warstwą jakiegoś ozdobnego kamienia i już było by OK... No i w porównaniu do innych placówek B&B Hotels - najsłabsze śniadanie.

Eine gute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier! Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück wirklich ausreichend und man kann gut direkt beim Hotel parken, entweder im Parkhaus oder gegenüber vom Hotel mit Parkschein.
