It was comfortable, and the room cleanliness was fine, however the entertainment means such as TV was not working properly.

تجربتي لم تكن مرضية للأسف عند الوصول كان استقبال موظف الاستقبال غير احترافي، اللحاف كان غير نظيف ومليء بالشعر وعندما طلبت منهم تغييره جاء العامل لتغييره ولم يكن يرغب بتغييره كاملاً حتى طلبت منه!!!! كذلك لاحظت وجود كسر في زجاج إحدى الطاولات وقمت بتوثيقه بالهاتف لحظة الوصول وعند تسجيل الخروج قام موظف الاستقبال بالتواصل مع العامل لتشييك الغرفه جاء العامل بهاتفه فتمت الإشارة إلى نفس الكسر وكأن الضرر حدث بسببي بالرغم من أنني أوضحت لهم أنه موجود مسبقا قام بإلقاء اللوم علي لماذا لم اخبره حينها!! و عندما رأيت تصعيده الغير مبرر والغير محترم وريته التصوير الي كان بالجوال لحظة الوصول وبعدها سكت !! بشكل عام التجربة لم تكن على مستوى التوقعات

كان حجزي يشمل افطار وموظف الفندق مابلغني فيه افطار للعلم حجزي كان غرفتين لي وللعائله
دورة المياه ضيقه وكان ودي تجربة الافطار ولم يبلغني الموظف بوقت الافطار ولا بحجزي انه شامل الافطار
النظافه وتعامل الموظفين الاستقبال والعمال
