Pros:

It's a great-value hotel with access to a sauna and fitness center.

Cons:

I have always been satisfied with this hotel during my previous stays, but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

It seemed that the room had not been cleaned properly, as I found hair and even a used eyebrow makeup item left behind by a previous guest.

I also placed the room service/housekeeping request sign on my door twice, but my room was not serviced on either occasion. Although I could have reported this to the front desk, I did not feel comfortable doing so because the overall customer service did not seem particularly friendly.

I travel to Wrocław frequently and will likely return in the future, but this stay was unfortunately disappointing compared to my previous experiences.

Pros:

Świetne jedzenie i ogromny wybór.

Cons:

Bylismy w Hotelu podczas zakwaterowania piłkarzy bo była impeza sportowa i rozumiemy, że gwiazdy itd, ale Pan kierownik ewidentnie zapomniał, że każdy jest gościem hotelu i nie powinno być lepszych i gorszych. Po za tym bez zastrzeżeń.

Top - Ich hatte nie was zu beanstanden
Pros:

Wir sind hier Stammgast und kommen immer wieder weil es hier absolut Top ist. Das Frühstück lässt selbst für Vegetarier keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Habe bis jetzt so oft wir auch hier waren keinen Grund gefunden irgendwas zu beanstanden.
