Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Numerous reviews repeatedly describe rooms, hallways, gym and common areas as very clean, sparkling and exceptionally maintained; one isolated mention of a stained drain pipe lowers perfection slightly.
Service
9.6
Multiple comments praise friendly, professional and helpful front-desk staff and overall excellent service; staff assistance and recommendations were highlighted several times.
Location
9
Several guests found the location convenient for dining and shopping and noted little traffic noise, while a few said it felt a bit out of the way or on a busy street — overall positive but mixed.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms were described as large, modern and comfortable with good bedding by many guests, but repeated complaints about queen mattresses/pillows, some noise from above and a few maintenance issues (creaky tub, drain cover) reduce the score.
Amenities
9.4
Breakfast area, 24-hour gourmet coffee/Keurig varieties, clean (if small) gym and ample free parking were frequently praised; one guest noted the waffle machine was out of service.
Value for Money
8.4
Several guests said the hotel was a good value for the price, but unexpected and sizable pet fee ($75) and some minor issues (early breakfast hours for some) negatively impacted perceived value for a subset of guests.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast is repeatedly described as great with a wide variety and good seating; complimentary Keurig multi-coffee options receive explicit praise despite an occasional out-of-service waffle machine.
Overall Experience
9.1
Most reviewers recommend the property, describing quiet, clean rooms, helpful staff and a good overall stay; isolated issues (beds, parking, pet fee, minor maintenance) temper a perfect score.

Pros:

Wasn’t happy about the pet fee which wasn’t clear on my booking confirmation. Seemed rather extreme at $75 and I was not informed of this even after messaging I would have my senior pet with me.

Pros:

The room I stayed was bigger than any other with 2 beds. Bedding were very good condition and clean. The furnitures they have were morden and fancy. GYM was also clean even if it was small. Staffs are kind.

Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and very helpful.
Love having a night light in the bathroom, I travel with one and this was a great idea.
My room was very nice(201) I believe the party above me must have been lifting weights until after 11 last night. Lots of noise above me! 🙄
The room was very clean and comfortable I highly recommend this property.
