Good for Brera location
Pros:

Location near hub of Brera, and was quiet.
Room size was excellent and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

We were there when it was abnormally over 33c in Milan. The room air-conditioning was not ideal. It was working yet the room was still quite warm. Reception desk did what they could though.

Hotel molto bello, tranquillo e dalle stanze super comode
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, stile e comodità. Letti pazzeschi, comodissimi. Cuscini sensazionali. Posizione comoda e tranquilla. Colazione molto piacevole.

Cons:

Temperature nel ristorante dove si fa colazione e alla sera è possibile cenare un po’ troppo bassa. Tavoli molto vicino quasi troppo, rischia di non avere riservatezza tra gli ospiti di tavoli diversi. Hall un po’ troppo piena, quando ci sono arrivi e partenze in contemporanea il locale risulta poco abitabile e rende difficoltoso il movimento.

Beautiful and well-located but not great for sleeping
Pros:

It is beautifully decorated, the location is near shopping and the centre and the quality of the bedding.

Cons:

It isn’t a proper hotel, more like rooms attached to a restaurant/bar which goes on very late into the night and is loud. The room temperature was 27C and we asked for it to be lowered which they did but we couldn’t control it from our room.

Wunderbarer Design-Oase in einem super Quartier

Der Hotelmanager war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit exklusiven Design und kreativer Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Bedienung am Frühstück war freundlich, jedoch ausgesprochen unkonzentriert und unzuverlässig. Wir bekamen um 9 Uhr keine Croissant mehr. Auf unsere Nachfrage meinte sie, dass sie diese extra aufbacken müsse und es 30 Minuten dauern würde. Wir baten sie es zu tun… die Croissants kamen auch nach 30 Minuten nicht. Auf unser Nachfragen meinte sie, dass es keine gäbe. Das Gleiche war mit den frischen Beeren, welche im Angebot waren. Sie meinte, dass sie keine hätten. Als jedoch an zwei Tischen neben uns, die anderen Gäste frische Beeren bekamen, reklamierten wir. Sie meinte, dass sie keine mehr hätte. Wir forderten jedoch weiterhin diese ein und verwiesen auf die zwei anderen Tische, kurze Zeit später, brachte sie uns die gewünschten Beeren. Das ganze fühlte sich sehr irritierend an.
